我国薄煤层资源储量丰富,然而薄煤层的年产量却仅占全国总产量的10%左右,并且开采工艺落后,产出率较低,经济效益较差。研究薄煤层机械化和自动化开采技术,对提高我国薄煤层资源的回收率、延长矿井服务年限有着重要意义。 本文以神东公司榆家梁煤矿为研究对象,针对榆家梁煤矿431盘区首采工作面煤层地质赋存条件以及存在的实际问题,重点阐述了国内外薄煤层开采的现状及先进技术理论、装备,通过对薄煤层综采工艺地质评价与经济效益分析,为薄煤层开采方式和设备配套提供理论依据;利用系统分析方法、采矿理论、岩层控制等理论,确定了薄煤层工作面开采工艺及设备配套、回采巷道合理布置的方式和尺寸;综合考虑各种影响因素,通过数值模拟,确定残留煤柱下方工作面回采巷道布置及合理支护方式 ;根据理论计算及工作面的实际情况,提出了431盘区煤层薄煤层开采自动化工作面实施方案;在此基础上,提出来薄煤层高效开采的安全技术管理措施。本研究对类似条件下的薄煤层开采技术管理有指导意义。

The thin seam resources reserves is abundant in china, but its annual output is only 10% of the nation’s total product, with backward mining technology, low output ratio and small economic benefit. Research on the coal thin seam mechanical and automatic technology, it is significant to improve the recovery enhancement and lengthen mine service life. Based on the above background, this paper chose the Yu Jia-liang mine of Shen Dong company as the object, as with the geological occurrence and actual problems of 431 panel first-mining workface, described the thin seam mining present situation and advanced technology theory、equipment, by fully-mechanized coal mining and economic benefit evaluation, which provides a theory for thin seam mining and equipment matching. With the system analysis, mining theory and strata control, determine the thin coal seam mining technology equipment matching,, mining gateway layout and size, Considering various factors, through numerical simulation, determine the residual coal pillar mining face beneath the roadway layout and reasonable support ways, the main parameters of a reasonable size and Face of pillar, according to the actual situation of theoretical computer face, raised a panel of thin seam mining automation Face embodiment.On this basis, this paper put forward safety management measures for high efficient mining of thin coal seam, this article research on thin seam mining under similar conditions with some guidance.
