本文对急倾斜水平分段放顶煤的顶煤放出规律进行了系统研究,在物理相似模拟试验、数值模拟分析及计算机仿真、理论分析及工程实际中放煤参数的选择等问题上取得了有创建性的研究成果。 首先采用物理相似模拟试验研究了单口无边界条件下顶煤放出规律,即一般研究意义下的椭球体放矿理论,然后进一步对急倾斜水平分段放顶煤顶底板处的放煤规律进行了研究,提出以允许底板三角煤损失率的大小为依据来确定合理的顶煤分段高度的方法,对顶板处三角煤放出提出了以放煤时间控制放煤口何时关闭的关门原则,而不是见矸关门原则。 应用国际上流行的颗粒流软件PFC2D对急倾斜放煤规律进行了数值模拟与仿真,并运用可视化设计软件Visual Basic对其进行了二次开发,开发出《急倾斜水平分段放顶煤顶煤放出计算机仿真》程序,应用该程序可以直接对顶煤放出的全过程进行动态模拟,从而为生产实际中放煤参数的合理确定提供一个更加直观的研究工具。 以椭球体放矿理论为核心,研究了急倾斜顶煤放出规律,在理论上对椭球体放矿理论进行了扩展,重点分析了煤层顶底板处的顶煤放出过程,并对各种放煤参数进行了研究,研究成果可以直接用于指导放顶煤工作面设计,并给出一个实例应用。

In this paper, comprehensive researches are carried on the top coal caving of horizontal section top caving in steep seam. Creative results were educed in similar material model test, numerical simulation, computer simulation, theoretical analysis and engineering practice. Fist, based on similar material model test, the top caving were studied in single ore passes of nonentity boundary. Then further study were carried on the top coal caving below roof and floor for horizontal section top coal caving in steep seam. Thereby, based on the caving radio of triangular coal below floor we refer to how to set rational sublevel height of top coal. Furthermore, we put forward the principle of top coal caving that is use time to control close and open the exit of coal caving, this principle is differ to that principle of which close support exit when meet the waste rock. PFC2D were used for simulate the course of top caving. And Visual Basic program were also used to develop a new program named . This new program can make dynamic simulation to the whole course of top caving and can provide an approach for find sound parameter about top caving. Be base on the theory of ellipsoidal draw, the rule about top caving of steep seam were studied, the analyses focused on the caving process below roof and floor were made, all kinds of parameter were also computed. All this study can instruct the parameter design to working face in steep seam immediately. Finally an instance were gave for interpret the use.
