本文以受水害影响较大的宁东矿区石槽村煤矿防治水工程为依托,综合应用室内试验、理论分析和现场试验、观测相结合的研究方法,以防、堵、疏、截、排等防治水手段为切入口,提出了疏放水技术在顶板含水层治理中的应用,主要研究工作与结论有: (1)针对砂岩含煤地层特点,研究了该区域含水层给水机理,提出有针对性的疏放水措施,即对较强含水层进行联合疏放水施工,提高含水层的疏放效率,降低主要含水层的赋水量,从而避免或减少工作面回采中和巷道掘进时顶板水的集中涌出,使工作面的涌水得到有效防治,实现了安全生产。 (2)在工作面老顶大规模垮落前进行疏放水,可以很大程度的降低老顶垮落后的采空区涌水量,从长远角度看,为整个矿井的防治水奠定了基础。 (3)钻孔疏放技术在裂隙相对发育较好、中强砂岩含水层的应用效果显著,且施工工程量小,施工设计简便,但大规模疏放水时对矿井排水能力要求较高。 (4)在上述研究的基础上,结合宁东矿区含水层特点,为宁东矿区各矿井的防治水提供了借鉴价值和参考依据,即沿煤岩层走向进行疏放水工程施工,研究区为156°~176°、336°~356°;疏放水钻孔倾角介于30~45°为佳;在构造集中区域,特别是正断层发育时施工疏放水孔疏放水效果明显。

Based on the dreadful effects a large Ning Dong Shi Cao village coal mine to combat water works, This document combines with three research methods including indoor testing, theoretical analysis, field-testing. Abide by the regulations of the Coal Mine to combat water, it means the prevention, containment, and alienation, the interception, in the entrance to the water drain in roof aquifers in governance. Major research work and conclusions in the report are: (1) failure on the slit relative growth is better, in bold, sandstone, the aquifer in the application. At the Face picking, large-scale and old top-down before falling to drain off water, and can be a large degree of lowering the top-down behind the empty area surge of water quantity, in order to effectively ensure that good security and construction of small, construction ease of design, it would be appropriate to the strong in sandstone aquifers to picking Top of mines. Massive drain drain the mine drainage capacity requirements is high. (2) for sandstone included economic strata characteristics, study the Regional Aquifer to water, the targeted the drain water drain, that is for the more powerful aquifers in the drain water drain construction, increase of the aquifer drain on productivity, reduce mining the surface water concentration. Lower face plate or alleyways surrounding the aquifer that water flow, thus reducing surface after picking the empty the water or tunnel boring, the surge of water quantity, and production purposes. (3) Base on the above research, the analysis of other Ning Dong mining mines’ aquifer characteristics, combined with Shi Cao village coal to combat water results in Shi Cao village coal mine and Ning Dong mining of combat water challenges for the reference.
