本课题来自于某军工单位的专用集成电路入厂检测项目,所检测的五种专用集成电路是某型号导弹中的重要部件,为了保证质量,在装配前必须对其主要技术指标进行严格的测试。传统的手工操作测试方法,操作过程复杂,测试过程中容易引入人为误差,不能满足高速度、高精度、多功能的测试要求,所以开发一套自动测试系统势在必行。 本论文应用测控领域先进的虚拟仪器技术开发了一套专用集成电路自动测试系统,测试系统实现了测试通路自动切换、自动量程选择、数据读取、记录和处理、误差修正、自检自校等功能。 论文首先表述了课题的需求分析,介绍专用集成电路测试的现状及发展趋势,本文研究的主要内容及意义,然后阐述了课题相关的理论背景。接着是测试系统分析设计部分,详细介绍了测试系统硬件的构成,在熟悉待测件测试流程的基础上,选用合理的检测方法,选择了适合的测量仪器及板卡;设计了主控制电路板和适配器;根据GPIB总线结构建立了检测系统硬件平台。然后是软件设计,把测试系统软件划分为几个功能模块,阐述各模块的作用及实现思路;对选用的测量仪器选择适合的程控指令,设计自动测试流程,以Labwindows\CVI为平台,编写测试设备的专用软件。系统由于采用了抗干扰技术,从而提高了抗干扰能力,减小了系统误差。 经过硬件调试及软硬件联调,证明该系统测试准确、稳定可靠、自动化程度高、抗干扰能力较强,它改变了原来测试系统中各台仪器独立使用、手动操作、人工记录数据、自动化程度较低的状态,缩短了测试时间,提高了测试效率,使得原来复杂的测试过程自动化、简单化。专用集成电路自动测试系统的研发成功为多种专用集成电路测试系统的研制提供了一个新方法。

This project stems from a military industry unit that needs a system for testing five kinds of ASIC. These ASIC playing an essential part in some kind of missile, they must be strictly tested before they are used to ensure their quality. Concerning the fact that the traditional testing methods cannot meet the requirements of the high-speed, high-precision, multi-functional tests, it is urgent to develop an automated test system. This system based on Virtual Instrument can automatically carry out measurements of certain electronic parameters, measuring scale selection, data acquiring,recording and processing, error correction, self-inspection and self-calibration, etc. The demand analysis of this project, development present situation and development trend of ASIC testing technology, theoretical background,and meaning of this project are given in the first, then analysis and design of the system are discussed. The appropriate testing method is chosen based on the ASIC testing processing; the measuring instruments are selected according to the requirements; the circuit board and adapters are designed; the testing system hardware platform is connected in accordance with GPIB constitution. The whole software is divided into many function modules. The testing system software is programmed with Labwindows\CVI. Because the anti-disturbance technology is used in this system, thus the anti-disturbance ability is increased, the system error is reduced. After experimenting, this system is proved to be accurateness, stable reliability, high efficiency, high automatization, and strong anti-disturbance ability.It improves the traditional measurement system of instrument independent, hand-operation, hand record data, low automatization operation. The successful of ASIC testing system will provid a new method for ASIC automatic testing.
