液压支架是煤矿机械化综采工作面的关键设备,本文在综述国内外液压支架产品研发、应用及设计方法发展现状与趋势的基础上,针对传统设计的不足并结合当前产品设计方法的发展趋势,在VB开发环境下,以Solidworks三维设计软件、Matlab仿真软件和ACCESS数据库为支撑,采用面向对象的设计方法,开发液压支架CAD设计平台。该设计平台由数据库模块、优化计算模块、整体受力分析模块、强度校核模块、三维参数化建模等五个功能模块组成。
其中数据库模块包括液压支架的选型,支架技术参数和结构参数的管理和应用,同时还是建模模块、结构分析模块及仿真分析模块联系的纽带;优化计算模块采用Matlab和VB混合编程,以前后连杆受力之和为目标函数,对支架进行优化设计;整体受力分析模块对优化过的液压支架进行结构运动分析和平面受力分析,主要包括梁端距的运动轨迹 ,瞬心运动轨迹,连杆受力计算,底板比压计算,并将计算结果输出为Excel表格;强度校核模块包含液压元件的校核,实现了对立柱和各个千斤顶的快速强度校核;三维参数化建模模块利用骨架模型,在草图布局中创建块,利用块生成支架零部件,最终生成装配体,实现了整个模型的高度参数化,并根据数据库中的支架结构参数实时更新。
通过对ZY8700/17/32型液压支架进行了实例设计,并与传统设计结果进行了比较,表明该CAD设计平台具有一定的参考实用性,该平台同时将数据库管理引入液压支架的设计过程中,对于液压支架零件的标准化设计提供了一种方法。

The hydraulic support is the key equipment in fully mechanized coal face of mechanization of coal mine. This paper is based on the current situation and development trend of domestic and foreign hydraulic support product development, application and design method, aimed at the traditional design deficiencies and combined with the current development trend of product design method, under VB development environment, take Solidworks design software, Matlab software and ACCESS database as support, adopt object-oriented design method to develop the CAD design platform for hydraulic support. The design platform consists of five function modules such as the database module, analog optimization module, overall stress analysis module, strength checking module and 3D parametric module.
The database module including the selection of the hydraulic support, the management and application of support technical parameters and structure parameters, at the same time the database module is the link of the modeling module, the structure analyzing module and the simulation analysis module; The optimization module using Matlab and VB mixed programming, take connecting rod force as the objective function to optimize the design of support; The overall stress analysis module process the motion analysis and plane stress analysis of optimized hydraulic support, mainly including the motion track of beam end and instantaneous center, the calculation of connecting rod bearing and bottom plate specific pressure, then the calculation results was output in Excel form; The 3D parametric modeling module utilizes skeleton pattern, the block is created in the sketch layout, the support parts was generated use blocks to eventually generating assembly, The entire model has achieved the highly parametrization, and according to the bracket structure in database the parameter can process the real time update.
Through the design of ZY8700/17/32 hydraulic support and compared with the results of the traditional design, indicates that the CAD design platform has certain reference utility, the platform introduce the database management to hydraulic support design process, provides a method for standardization design of the hydraulic support parts.
