煤矿事故的发生大多与事故责任者的不良心理有关,深层次的不安全心理因素诱发了不安全行为倾向,如何干预不安全行为倾向演变为具体的不安全行为,是煤矿安全管理的重中之重。研究表明,人际交往中他人的拒绝行为对心理状态的影响尤为明显,故本文将拒绝敏感性引入行为安全领域,从安全拒绝敏感性的视角出发实现对不安全行为的干预。

通过分析拒绝敏感性概念的限制和事故背后的深层次原因,将拒绝敏感性引入行为安全领域,提出安全拒绝敏感性的概念并阐述其内在加工机制,并从拒绝敏感性模型、人际关系理论、镜中人理论、认知——情感人格系统理论和需要层次理论五个角度为安全拒绝敏感性提供理论支持。

根据限定关键词分析拒绝敏感性、不安全心理和不安全行为影响因素方面的文献,以及半结构化访谈两种途径收集原始资料,导入NVivo分析词云图得到原始资料的词频,运用扎根理论经开放性编码、轴心性编码和选择性编码逐步提取矿工安全拒绝敏感性的影响因素。

将影响因素作为矿工安全拒绝敏感性指标筛选问卷的题项来源,通过信效度分析将保留的题项代表的影响因素作为二级评价指标,划分的维度作为一级评价指标,经模型修正后得到一阶五因子测量模型,并运用群组G1法和AEW法(反熵权法)进行主客观赋权,基于博弈论确定组合权重,得到矿工安全拒绝敏感性的评价指标体系,拟定综合评价值计算方法和等级划分原则。

将二级评价指标作为题项来源,一级评价指标作为既定维度设计矿工安全拒绝敏感性自评问卷,通过信效度分析后计算个体综合评价值,划分评价等级,研究个体差异性,并以人口学变量为固定因子分析群组差异性,运用模糊DEMATEL(模糊决策试验和评价实验室法)识别关键影响因素,最终基于上述结论提出干预措施。

研究结果表明:①矿工安全拒绝敏感性影响因素库包括13个一级影响因素和37个二级影响因素;②由5个一级评价指标和33个二级评价指标构成的矿工安全拒绝敏感性评价指标体系可以科学客观地反映矿工实际表现;③调研矿工的安全拒绝敏感性水平分布为轻微16.71%、轻度54.72%、中度22.10%、高度5.93%、重度0.54%,并且在岗位以及家庭成员中父亲和兄弟姐妹的有无存在显著差异;④模糊DEMATEL识别出包括心理特征、组织管理、领导表现、单位支持、亲友关系、职务、重大事件经历、教育环境等8个原因因素和心理过程、亲友支持、职场关系、拒绝经历等4个结果因素在内的12个关键影响因素。

本研究丰富了矿工不安全心理和拒绝敏感性的理论研究,为煤矿企业对矿工安全拒绝敏感性的干预提供了思路参考和对策选择。

The occurrence of coal mine accidents is mostly related to the unhealthy psychology of those responsible for the accidents. The deep unsafe psychological factors induce the tendency of unsafe behavior. How to intervene unsafe behavior tendencies to evolve into specific unsafe behavior is the top priority of coal mine safety management. The research shows that rejection in interpersonal interactions has a particularly strong effect on psychological state. Therefore, this study will introduce rejection sensitivity into the field of behavioral safety and implement intervention on unsafe behaviors from the perspective of safety rejection sensitivity.

By analyzing the limitations of the concept of rejection sensitivity and the deep-seated reasons behind accidents in the field of safety, the concept of rejection sensitivity is introduced into the field of behavioral safety. After putting forward the concept of security rejection sensitivity and explaining its internal processing mechanism, the paper provides theoretical support for safety rejection sensitivity from five perspectives: rejection sensitivity model, interpersonal relationship theory, mirror person theory, cognitive-affective personality system theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs.

According to limit keywords to analyze the literature on rejection sensitivity, unsafe psychology and unsafe behavior, and by semi-structured interview to collect the original data . Then, the original data are imported into NVivo to analyze the word cloud map to get the word frequency distribution. Based on the rooted theory, the influencing factors of miners' safety rejection sensitivity are gradually extracted through the three steps of open coding, axial coding and selective coding.

The influencing factors are taken as the source of the items in the questionnaire to screen the index of miners' safety rejection sensitivity, and the influencing factors represented by the retained items are taken as the second-level evaluation indexes through reliability and validity analysis, as well as the divided dimensions are taken as the first-level evaluation indexes. After model modification, a first-order five-factor measurement model is obtained. Then group G1 method and AEW method are used to assign subjective and objective weights, and combination weights are determined based on game theory. Thus, the evaluation index system of miners' safety rejection sensitivity is obtained, and the calculation method of comprehensive evaluation value and the classification principle are drawn up.

The second-level evaluation indexes are used as the item source, and the first-level evaluation indexes are used as established dimension to design self-evaluation questionnaire of miners' safety rejection sensitivity. After reliability and validity analysis, the individual differences are studied according to the calculated comprehensive evaluation values of all miners and the evaluation grades divided accordingly. Then demographic variables such as gender, age and education background are used as fixed factors to analyze group differences. Fuzzy DEMATEL is used to identify the key influencing factors. Based on the above conclusions, the measures to interfere with miners' safety rejection sensitivity are put forward.

The results show that: ①There are 13 first-level influencing factors and 37 second-level influencing factors in the influencing factor pool of miners' safety rejection sensitivity.②The evaluation index system of miners' safety rejection sensitivity composed of 5 first-level evaluation indexes and 33 second-level evaluation indexes can reflect the actual performance of miners scientifically and objectively.③The distribution of miner' safety rejection sensitivity level surveyed is scarcely 16.71%, mild 54.72%, moderate 22.10%, high 5.93% and severe 0.54%. There are significant differences in the score by position and whether they have fathers, siblings or not.④Fuzzy DEMATEL identifies 12 key influencing factors, including 8 cause factors such as psychological characteristics, organizational management, leadership performance, unit support, relation with relatives and friends, position, major event experience, educational environment and 4 result factors such as psychological processes, support from relatives and friends, workplace relationships, rejection experiences.

This study has enriched the theoretical research of miners' unsafe psychology and rejection sensitivity. It also provides a reference idea and a choice of countermeasures for coal mine enterprises to intervene in miners' safety sensitivity rejection.
