物流中心是物流系统的重要基础设施，不仅自身承担多种物流功能，而且越来越多 地执行指挥调度、信息处理等神经中枢的职能，是整个物流网络的核心所在，物流中心 的选址研究已成为管理学的前沿问题。物流中心的选址不仅与运行费用直接相关，而且 对工作效率及物流控制水平会产生很大影响，因此深入地研究物流中心的选址问题，具 有重要的理论意义和应用价值。 本研究首先分析了物流中心的含义和形成原因，在此基础研究了物流中心的分类， 国外物流中心的类型，物流中心选址目的和选址步骤。 通过对内部因素、外部因素的界定和分析，将影响物流中心选址因素进行分类，并 就每个因素构建了相应的评价指标，运用分析法建立了物流中心选址评价指标体系。 以物流中心选址指标体系为基础，建立基于MDHGF改进算法的物流中心选址决策 模型。模型分为三个步骤：首先，是将成本因素单独提出，定量研究，建立线性规划模 型，然后用启发式算法得出可行性方案；其次，对可行性方案定性研究，在不考虑成本 因素的情况下运用改进的MDHGF算法计算其它因素的综合评价值；最后，再次考虑成 本因素，对所有因素进行无量纲化处理，得到选址方案的综合评价结果。 本研究以物流信息管理、决策分析等学科相关理论为基础，对选址问题进行描述并 建立了定性方法和定量方法相结合的物流中心选址模型。本文的研究可以辅助物流选址 决策，对于物流中心的布局以及网络规划能起到指导作用。

Logistics center is the important infroztructure of logistics,which not only undertakes several kinds of logistics functions,but also executes command attempt,information management and other nerve center function more and more．Lolgisties center is the core of logistics network．The location of logistics center has become a fzonfier problem of management too．The loc砒ion of logistics center not only has the direct relation on the operating cost oflogistics but also has the important influence on the level oflogisties control and working efficiency．Research on the location problem of logistics center deeply has important theory meaning and using value． At first,the thesis analyses the definition and develop ioadlnap of the logistics counter． On this base，the thesis analyses types of logistics center,the overseas logistics c圮nters, objections and planning proc4：dlffe ofthe location oflogisties center． Under the definition and analysis of inner factors,outer factors，the thesis classified the factors that affect the location of logistics center,and analyses the specific evaluation index according tO each factor,then sets up the index system oflogistics center location by analytic On the base ofindex system,the thesis sets llp location model oflogistics center which based on improved MDHGF arithmetic．There arc three steps：First,the thesis brings the cost factor alone,sets up programming model through quantificational research and get the feasible project with Heuristic methods；Second，the thesis researches the feasible project except the Cost factor,calculates the intergrated value with advanced MDHGF；then we call gets Score of every project through the method of nondimeusional parameters based on all factors which include cost factor． Based 011 the relevant theories of discipline such as logistics information system, the management science，decision maldng，the thesis described the location problems and established the location model which include the qualitative and quantitative method．
