针对柠条塔煤矿传统主提升带式输送机工艺特点,本文借助计算机技术、PLC控制技术、变频控制技术、功率平衡控制技术和传感检测技术等,对柠条塔煤矿主提升带式输送机控制系统进行设计。
根据带式输送机整体结构和受力分析,对带式输送机驱动电机台数和驱动方式进行了选择。针对带式输送机多电机驱动功率平衡问题,采用了一种主、从通信的变频功率平衡控制策略,可以有效地实现多个电机功率平衡控制。设计了带式输送机控制硬件系统,其主要由PLC控制系统、综合保护系统及后台监控系统等构成,其中PLC控制系统选用了PLC与变频器的变频控制系统,监控系统能够对带式输送机进行远程自动控制和运行参数集中监控,并且具备集控、就地、检修、闭锁四种工作方式以及正常停车、紧急停车、突然断电停车三种停车方式。监控软件采用西门子组态软件WINCC开发,主要包括远程监空模块、参数设置模块、综合保护模块以及事件查询模块等,软件界面友好,操作简单,便于管理和维护。
在以上设计的基础上,提出一种以PLC为核心控制系统的远程监控及综合保护系统方案,实现了带式输送机的远程控制和综合保护功能,提升了带式输送机的安全可靠性、减少了能量消耗、提高了煤炭输送效益。通过柠条塔煤矿带式输送机控制系统进行现场运行试验,试验结果表明:所设计的控制系统实现了带式输送机软启停控制、功率平衡控制和综合保护控制功能,系统运行稳定可靠,完全满足煤矿生产需求。

According to the characteristics of the traditional Ningtiaota Coal Mine main hoist belt conveyor control system. In this paper, with the aid of computer technology, PLC control technology, frequency control technology, power balance control technology and sensor technology,the Ningtiaota Coal Mine Design the control system of belt conveyor.
According to the belt conveyor structure and force analysis of the drive motor and the drive units are selected for belt conveyor. Aiming at the problem of power balance of multi motor driving belt conveyor, a power balance control strategy is proposed, which can effectively control the power balance of a plurality of motors. Belt conveyor control system hardware design, which mainly consists of a PLC control system, power supply system, comprehensive protection system and background monitoring system, the PLC control system with variable frequency control system of PLC inverter and the monitoring system for belt conveyor automatic remote control and operation parameters of centralized monitoring, and have set in situ, control, maintenance, locking four working modes and normal parking, emergency stop, suddenly stopping power three parking mode. SIEMENS configuration software developed by WINCC monitoring software, including remote monitor module, parameter setting module and protection module, event query module, friendly interface, simple operation, convenient maintenance and management.
Based on the above design, on-site operation test by Ningtiaota Coal mine belt conveyor control system. puts forward a comprehensive protection system and remote monitoring system with PLC as the core of the control system, realize remote control and comprehensive protection of the belt conveyor protection function, enhance the safety and reliability of the belt conveyor, to reduce energy consumption, improve the efficiency of coal transportation.
The test results show that the designed control system to realize the soft start and stop control, power balance control and comprehensive control of belt conveyor system is stable and reliable, fully meet the needs of coal mine production.
