陕西双龙煤业开发有限责任公司运输与回风大巷均出现严重破坏现象,影响正常生产,安全隐患大,修复难,成本高。双龙公司与西安科技大学合作,列专项进行大巷修复技术研究。 本论文以双龙煤业开发有限责任公司的大巷修复为工程背景,通过现场调研、煤岩力学试验、理论分析、相似模拟实验和数值计算相结合的方法,研究了双龙煤矿大巷软弱围岩变形破坏特征及破坏机理,对巷道围岩应力状态、变形特征进行了分析,从定量角度分析巷道围岩产生严重变形以至破坏的根源。研究表明,大巷变形破坏是由于煤层赋存条件、采掘布局、巷道层位和地形的特殊性以及采空区冒落厚层泥岩的大采高效应等多种因素所致,其中采动压力是引起巷道变形破坏的主因。为从根本上消除采动压力对大巷的影响,应延缓沿大巷轴向布置的1304工作面的生产,最后采1304工作面,且自里向外推进,以便维护大巷。为有的放矢地修复大巷,本文根据巷道的变形破坏程度,将其分成三类:第一类是已严重变形破坏且不能正常使用的巷道;第二类是中度变形破坏但仍可正常或基本正常使用的巷道;第三类是轻微破坏的巷道。针对这三类巷道的具体情况,提出了采取锚杆、锚索、金属网、混凝土喷层、W型钢带和可缩性支架等多种支护方式灵活组合的联合支护方案。 现场试验表明,该方案可以有效控制大巷变形,保证了矿井正常生产,技术可行、经济合理。可为类似高应力“三软”大巷修复提供参考。

The main haulage entry and mainreturn-air entry in Shuanglong Colliery seriously damages, it creates the situation that the main roadway is hard to support, affects the regular production directly, causes great potential safety hazard, the repair is difficult and high cost, this situation is quite rare. This thesis takes the repair of main roadway in Shuanglong Coal Industry Co., Ltd. as a background. It studies the damage characteristics and damage mechanism of three-soft main roadway in Shuanglong Coal Mine through scene investigation, theoretical analysis, physical simulation and numerical simulation. According to the analysis it concluded that the roadway deformation and failure due to occurrence condition of coal seams, mining district design, roadway horizon, terrain and large cutting height effect. Among them, the mining pressure is the primary reason of roadway deformation or destruction. In order to fundamentally eliminate the influence of mining pressure on the main roadway, we should postpone the production of 1304 face which parallel to the axial direction of the main roadway, and mining it from inside to outside. According to the degree of main roadway damage, this thesis divides them into three kinds. The first category is the roadway that severe deformation and cannot use normally. The second category is the roadway although deformation and failure slightly but can normal use or essentially normal use. The third category is the slight damage roadway. According to the specific circumstances of the three categories roadway, it holds that the supporting scheme should consists mainly of bolting and shotcreting and wire mesh and W-type steel band with yieldable support, various support pattern joint with it. Field application and observation shows that the supporting scheme can effectively control the main roadway deformation, guarantees the coal mine normal production, it is technical feasibility and economic. It can give reference for repairing of three-soft main roadway in high stress area.
