近几年,我国各大、中、小煤矿陆续装备了矿井监视监测系统,不仅能直观地监视监测和记录井下工作现场的安全生产情况,也为事后分析事故提供了相关资料。但是目前的摄像机只能在正常环境下工作,在特殊的井下、没有光线的低照度环境下画面粗糙,很难进行后续的许多工作,特别是在发生事故后给应急救援造成了极大的不便。开发一种低照度环境下高清晰视频采集装置可以成功解决井下低能见度下高清晰画面的需求,并可以广泛的应用于其他弱/微光、甚至全黑环境如夜间战场、夜间监视、隧道等领域。
针对现有方案及产品在低照度环境下成像效果不理想的问题,研究开发了两种低照度环境用高清视频采集前端系统:依据CMOS图像传感器的高输入阻抗和低静态功耗,读出方式灵活,驱动与抗干扰能力强,便于集成等特点,结合微光夜视技术提出一种微光像增强器与CMOS图像传感器耦合的低照度环境下视频采集方案,用于煤矿、隧道监控、救援等要求产品便携、简单、低功耗的场合;依据CCD的高信噪比、宽动态范围、高电荷转换效率和高输出图像质量的优点提出的高分辨率CCD结合辅助照明的摄像方案在对功耗并不敏感、要求成本较低的低照度环境下的视频监控有很大的现实意义。对方案进行了详细的分析与论述,同时完成了具体的硬件电路设计、设备驱动程序开发及视频图像的采集。
最后,本设计以基于ARM11的多媒体数据处理终端为平台,通过编写简单的应用程序对图像进行H.264编码。测试结果表明,能够在10-4~102Lux的照度范围内实现高清视频图像的采集、压缩与存储。

In recent years, many mines has equipped the mine surveillance and monitor system, which not only can monitor and record the Work situation of mine intuitively, but also can discover the hidden trouble promptly in group to prevent the accidents before they occur can provide the related resources for the afterwards accident analysis at the same time. But the present many cameras only can work under the normal environment, under the low light intensity environment, the picture to be rough. This has caused enormous inconvenient for the emergency rescue in the event of an accident. It is possible to develop one kind of high-definition video capture device for low light intensity environment in order to resolve the needs of high-definition picture under low visibility and can be widely applied to other weak/dim light environments such as night-time battlefield, night surveillance, tunnels, etc.
For the problems that imaging result is not satisfactory under the low light
intensity environment in the existing solutions and products, we propose two kinds of video acquisition solution under low light intensity environment: according to the character of CMOS sensor: high input impedance, low static power, flexible readout method, strong drive and anti-jamming capability and ease to integrate, combined with the low light night vision technology, presents a low light level video Acquisition solution that for Low Illumination Environment coupled the image intensifier with the CMOS image sensor module, which can be used in many fields that required the products to be portable, simple, low-power, such as the coal mine, tunnel monitoring, rescue and other situations; in pursuance of the advantages of CCD sensor that high SNR, wide dynamic range, high charge transfer efficiency and output image quality, unified the auxiliary lighting, put forward a high-resolution CCD camera program. It is great significant to use in the video surveillances that are not sensitive to power consumption and require lower cost. In addition,Given a detailed analysis of the solutions and the concrete circuitry design and software realization.
Finally, we take the multimedia data processing terminal based-on ARM11 as an experiment platform to achieve the H.264 image coding by writing a simple application. The test results show that this system can implement the high-definition video images collection, compression and storage within the scope of illumination 10-4 ~ 102Lux.
