与我国煤矿生产机械化及电气化程度较高的情况相适应，煤矿机电设备管理在煤矿生产过程中发挥着重要作用。本文通过对华亭煤矿机电设备管理现状的深入分析，发掘出企业机电管理一线存在思想重视度不足、一线机电管理职能发挥不到位、一线执行力不足、技术力量薄弱、生产现场机电管理混乱的问题。并通过致因分析总结出管理缺陷存在的原因主要有机电管理指导思想不明晰、“人治”大于“法治”、机电管理实施细节不完善、激励措施不到位等。 本文结合全员生产维修的设备管理方法以及点检体制、现场管理思想，针对华亭煤矿的实际情况完成了机电设备一线管理优化设计包括开展煤炭生产一线现场6S管理和员工合理化建议活动，并建立起机电设备专业维护与自主维护相结合的设备管理体系，另外为保证管理优化措施的顺利实施本文提出了相应的保障措施并根据机电管理实际提出了未来机电管理研究方向。本研究认为华亭煤矿机电设备一线管理优化措施的提出和顺利实施对其他煤矿企业有现实的指导意义。

To cope with the higher degree of mechanization and electrification in coal mining industry these days, more effort should be made so as to improve the electromechanical device management lever. According to the in-depth analysis of HuaTing coal mine enterprise’ electromechanical management, great defects have been found. The importance of electromechanical management in first line production did not be realized and mechanical and electrical management level does not reach the designated position. The executive force is insufficient and the technical force is weak. The mechanical and electrical management in the production site is in chaos. Through the analysis of the cause of the reasons of the exist defects, we found that there are many clues to explain these. First the mainly mechanical and electrical management guiding ideology is not clear. Second, ruling by man is more than ruling by law. Third, the management implementation is not perfect in some points. Four, incentives does not reach the designated position, etc. Combined with total production maintenance equipment management method, and the tally system, on-site management was thought in this paper. According to the actual situation of Hua Ting coal mine, the study completed the electrical and mechanical equipment first line management optimization design including coal production line 6 s management and staff rationalization proposals. And it has established a system combined with professional mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and the autonomous maintenance equipment management. The specific implementation was introduced in the following part. In addition to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization management measures are proposed in this paper. In the study we put forward the mechanical and electrical management research direction in the future. HuaTing coal mine electromechanical equipment line management optimization measures have realistic significance.
