随着经济的快速发展和科技的不断进步，人们对生活品质的要求越来越高。高品质的生活离不开高质量的产品，质量也因此成为产品竞争的核心。如果其它条件相同，谁提供的产品质量更佳，谁就能在竞争中取胜。这一点在市场竞争最为充分、最为成熟的小家电行业，体现得尤为明显。作为小家电采购商，如何获得符合自身的产品战略要求的高性价比的产品，对公司竞争力的提升和可持续发展来说是至关重要的。然而，如果没有一个良好的供应商质量管控体系，想要获得高性价比的产品是不可想象的。 本论文的主要目的是从采购商的角度对供应商质量管控体系进行研究。研究对象是一家以小家电采购为主的美资全球采购公司CN公司。全文共分六个章节，第一章主要是对研究的目的和意义进行了阐述以及对目前国内外研究的现状进行了概括；第二章阐述了质量管理和供应商管理的基本概念及相关理论；第三章对CN公司的小家电供应商的产品质量状况、质量管控问题和原因进行分析及研究；第四章通过理论与实践的结合，探讨如何建立基于采购商的供应商质量管控体系；第五章提出了建立供应商质量管控体系应该注意的若干问题；最后对全文进行了总结。

With the rapid development of economy and the continuous advancement of scientice & technology, people’s requirement of life quality is increasing. No high-quality product, no high quality life. Accordingly, quality becomes the core of products’ competition. Under the same conditions，the one with better quality wins the competition. It is especially obvious with this rule in the small household appliance industry which has the fullest and most mature market competition. As a purchasing company， how to procure the products with high performance-price ratio and with the quality to fulfill the company’s strategy，is of the utmost importance for improving the company's competitiveness and for ensuring the company's continuous business expansion. However, it is unimaginable to get the products with high performance-price ratio without a good Quality Management and Control System. The main purpose of this paper is to study Supplier Quality Management and Control System from the perspective of a purchasing company. The object of the study is CN，a global American purchasing company specializing in small household appliances. The full text consists of 6 chapters: the first chapter expatiates the purpose and significance of the study，summarizes the current situation of the study domestically or abroad；the second expatiates quality management and the basic concept and relative theory on supplier management；in the third，to aim at the suppliers of CN's，it analyzes and studies the products quality state，quality management and control issues，as well as the root causes；the forth one discusses on how to establish a Suppliers Quality Management and Control System by combination of theory and practice；in the 5th chapter，it states some problems which should be paid attention to when we try to establish such a quality system；the last one summarizes the contents which have been discussed in the previous chapters.
