近年来，随着网络经济的迅猛发展，互联网消费作为一种新兴的消费方式而越来越被大众所接受，企业也迫切希望通过互联网推销自己的产品与服务，这促生了多种网络营销手段，其中以电子邮件方式最受欢迎、最为普遍。此方式的核心任务就是在客户自愿的情况下推送营销邮件作业、反馈作业结果情况，这对大批量邮件列表的有效管理与海量邮件的发送等方面提出了新的要求，因此，构建一个电子邮件订阅分发系统势在必行。 论文分析了电子邮件传输机制以及系统开发技术，在对电子邮件订阅分发业务调查分析的基础上，总结了电子邮件订阅分发业务流程和系统功能需求，设计并开发了电子邮件订阅分发系统。系统采用主流、稳定、安全的J2EE设计架构。整个系统分为前台和后台两个部分，前台为用户和管理员提供了可视化的Web操作界面，包括登录模块、邮件列表管理模块、邮件作业制定模块、邮件作业管理模块、个人信息管理模块、用户管理模块；后台包括邮件递送模块，提取数据库中的邮件作业并递送至邮件服务器进行发送。系统采用POSTFIX搭建SMTP服务器，提供电子邮件发送服务。 本系统可以提供可靠高效的电子邮件订阅分发服务。根据EDM规范，提供统一的邮件订阅、退订服务；有效管理订阅者、订阅组，及时清除无效邮箱地址维护电子邮件列表；灵活设置邮件页头页尾内容，个性化制定邮件内容；定时推送邮件作业，在作业发送完成后能够对邮件发送情况进行详细的统计分析，直观查看统计结果，指导后续营销方案。经测试，系统性能稳定。

In recent years,with the rapid development of network economy,the Internet consumption has been accepted by more and more people as a new consumption patterns.The enterprise also hopes to promote their products and services through the Internet urgently.Then it grows a variety of network marketing including e-mail Which is the most popular and the most prevalent. This means the core task is to push email marketing operation and feedback operation results in case that the customers are voluntary.It proposes new requirements for the effective management of high-volume mailing list and sending mass e-mails.Therefore,constructing an e-mail subscription and distribution system is to be imperative. The paper analyzes the email transmission mechanism and system development of technology.Based on the investigation and analysis of the subscription and distribution business on e-mail,it summarizes the business processes and functional requirements of the e-mail subscription and distribution system.Design and development of the e-mail subscription and distribution system.The system uses the mainstream,stable and secure J2EE design architecture.The whole system is divided into two parts of the foreground and background.Foreground provides a visual Web user interface for users and administrators,including the login module,the mailing list management module,the e-mail job to develop module,the mail operations management module,the personal information management module,the user management module.Background includes the mail delivery module,extracting mail operation from database and deliverying to the mail server to be sent.The system adopts the POSTFIX to build SMTP server，which provides the e-mail service. The system provides the reliable highly effective e-mail subscription and distribution service.According to the EDM standard,it provides a uniform e-mail subscriptions services and unsubscribe services,including effective management subscriber and subscription group,timely clearing invalid e-mail address to maintain e-mail list.It also provides flexible setup e-mail page head and page tail content,and personalized content for e-mail.After the timing push mail operations,the analysis of detailed statistical data is to be made,intuitive view the statistical results,instructs the following marketing plan.After the test,the system performance is stable.
