本课题通过对矿用水泵性能参数的测试原理及方法的研究,将先进的虚拟仪器技术引入本系统中,充分利用计算机丰富的软硬件资源,使该测试系统的功能集成化和测试过程智能化。根据实际需要,通过对设备故障诊断的基本过程和水泵常见故障及机理的分析,确定了利用小波神经网络对水泵进行故障诊断的研究方法和思路。 本文在对水泵性能测试原理和硬件系统需求进行分析的基础上,确定了虚拟仪器测试系统的硬件总体设计方案,结合系统的测试要求,确定了系统所需要的传感器,设计出调理电路,选择了USB6221作为数据采集设备;在软件系统的研究与开发过程中,按照《AQ1012-2005煤矿在用主排水系统安全检测检验规范》中对矿用水泵检测检验的要求,对软件系统的需求进行了分析,确定了系统的软件开发平台和软件开发模型,并对软件系统的功能进行了划分,设计出软件系统的流程图和结构图,在此基础上以LabVIEW语言为基础,采用模块化、层次化设计思想开发了水泵性能测试系统;在水泵故障诊断部分,本文通过对水泵故障机理的分析,确定了使用虚拟仪器技术对水泵振动信号进行采集和管理,利用小波包能量法提取特征向量和使用BP神经网络进行模式识别的研究方法和思路,同时还确定了通过在LabVIEW中使用MATLAB Script节点调用MATLAB小波和神经网络工具箱中相应函数的方法,从而提出了实现水泵故障诊断的方法。 在实验室对水泵性能测试系统进行功能验证,通过测得的结果数据对本虚拟仪器测试系统的误差进行相关的分析,得出该系统的各项指标能够满足水泵的测试要求。

Through to research of the mineral water pump performance parameter test of principle and the method, the advanced virtual instruments technology had been introduced into the system, used the computer rich software and hardware resources fully, made the function of the test system integration and the test process intellectualization. According to the actual need, through to the equipment fault diagnosis basic process and analysis of the water pump common fault and the mechanism, the paper had determined using the research method and the ideas of the wavelet neural network for the fault diagnosis of the water pump. This article had determined overall design scheme of the virtual instrument test system hardware based on the analysis of the water pump performance test principle and the hardware system demand, and combination of system testing requirements, had determined the sensors needed by the system, designed the conversion electric circuit, chose USB6221 for the data acquisition equipment. In the course of software system the research and development, in accordance with the mine pump test requirements in "AQ1012-2005 security check test norms of the main coal mine drainage systems ", with needs of the software system analyzed , and had determined the system software development platforms and software development models, then functions of software system had been divided, and flow chart and structure chart of the software system were designed. In this foundation ,the system took the LabVIEW language as a foundation, and had developed the water pump performance test system using the modularization and hiberarchy design idea. In the some of the pump fault diagnosis , the article had determined using virtual instrument technology to acquire and manage pump vibration signals, and taking advantage of wavelet packet energy feature vector extraction and BP neural network pattern recognition methods and ideas based on the analysis of the pump fault mechanism. At the same time, the article had determined methods of calling MATLAB wavelet and neural network toolbox using MATLAB Script node in the LabVIEW in order to put forward ways of pump fault diagnosis. Finally, the article had carried out functions checkout to the virtual instrument test system of water pump performance parameter in the laboratory, and the measured result data had been made the relevant analysis for the error of virtual instrument test system. And then the conclusions were drawn ,which the indicators of the test system met the testing requirements of the pump.
