乳化液作为液压传动的工作介质,被誉为煤矿支护设备的血液,而乳化液浓度作为评价乳化液性能的一个重要指标,在很大程度上影响着乳化液的使用性能。目前我国大部分煤矿采用传统的检测手段对乳化液浓度进行检测,精度较低。对于乳化液的配制,我国有些煤矿仍然采用人工地面混合方式配液,也有些煤矿利用配液阀进行手控配液。本课题针对传统检测手段和配液方式的不足,研究出一套在线检测乳化液浓度并根据浓度要求进行自动配液的系统。 系统由液压泵向乳化液箱提供乳化油,在清水流量不变的前提下,通过控制液压泵的流量来调整乳化液的浓度。对于液压泵流量的改变又是通过控制电动机的转速而实现的。因此,本系统实际上属于电机微机控制系统。 本文通过分析、比较、计算,最终采用步进电动机为执行机构,以Flash型单片机为控制核心。系统由A/D转换器,单片机,光电耦合电路以及功率驱动电路等组成。 乳化液浓度检测与自动配比系统利用汇编语言进行软件设计,利用模糊控制思路,控制步进电动机转速,利用数字滤波技术对采样结果进行处理。系统最终实现了对乳化液浓度的在线检测和实时监控。 本文从硬件和软件两方面,具体阐述了单元电路设计,接口电路设计,单片机以及步进电动机转速控制设计,最后给出了实验调试结果。

Emulsion as the medium of hydraulic transmission,being called for colliery hydraulic pressure systematic blood. And concentration is an important index of the emulsion capability. Emulsion concentration has a great influence on the emulasion capability. At present, most collieries of our country adopt traditional detection means to test emulsion concentration. The precision is relatively low. As to the mixing of emulsion, our country some colliery adopt artificial ground mix way still. Some colliery utilize the mixing liquid valve too.In order to improve the traditional detection and mixing means ,this thesis worked out a system which can detect emulsion concentration online . At the same time,this system also can mix the emulsible oil and water automatically based on the emulsion concentration. This system offer emulsible oil by hydraulic pump to emulsion case.If the flow capacity of water is changeless, this system can adjust the concentration of the emulsion through controlling the flow of the hydraulic pump. And through controlling the rotational speed of the motor, we change the the flow of the hydraulic pump. So, this system is a motor system controled by computer in fact. Through analysing, compares and calculates, we adopt stepping-motor as the executive body finally. The control center of this system is 89C51 singlechip produced by ATMEL Company. This system is made up of A/D converter, singlechip, photoelectricity coupling circuit and power urge circuit,etc. On the base of hardware and software, this thesis explain the design of the unit circuit, the interface circuit, the singlechip and the controling of the motor. Finally, we offered the debugged result. The testing and automatic mixing system of the emulsion concentration utilizes the assembler language to carry on software design. This system can controling the rotational speed of the stepping-motor according to the emulsion concentration.And then realize the purpose to control emulsion concentration. This system make a contribution to the automation of the colliery.
