钢纤维混凝土是一种性能优良的新型复合材料,由于其韧性好、抗冲击能力强、延性大等特点而被广泛地应用于土木工程中。钢纤维混凝土用于隧道支护体系,可以减少喷层厚度,替代钢筋网的使用,显著降低施工费用,加快施工进度,改善劳动条件,提高工程支护安全系数。 本文就水灰比和钢纤维体积率对钢纤维混凝土性质的影响,通过试验主要进行了以下研究: (1)钢纤维混凝土的抗压、抗折、劈裂抗拉强度; (2)在脱模时间和振动时间不同的条件下,新拌钢纤维混凝土抗动载破坏性能特 征,并引进了损伤变量,对损伤规律进行了初步探索; (3)将所得结论与相同条件下的素混凝土相应的力学性能进行对比分析。 研究表明:与素混凝土相比,掺入钢纤维后,对混凝土的韧性有显著提高;对抗压强度影响甚微;对劈裂抗拉强度及抗折强度的改善效果明显,并且钢纤维体积率越高,效果越明显。新拌钢纤维混凝土在受振动条件下,损伤程度明显低于素混凝土。 同时,应用有限元软件ANSYS8.0以某一穿越III类围岩公路隧道位背景,使用25cm厚钢纤维混凝土作喷层支护材料,对支护层力场、围岩应变场作了详细的分析,并将所得数据与25cm厚素混凝土喷层对应数据作了比较分析。通过对钢纤维混凝土喷层厚度参数的多次选取与计算,发现喷层厚度20cm的钢纤维混凝土支护效果与25cm厚素混凝土喷层支护效果相当。因而认为钢纤维混凝土无疑是一种性能优良的隧道支护材料。

As a new kind of compound material, Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete is now widely used in civil engineering for its good toughness, superior ductility and resistant-impact. When Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete is used in tunnel support system, we can decrease the thickness of the lining, replace the mesh reinforcement, reduce the cost of the construction, accelerate the progress of the construction, improve the condition of the work and uprate the degree of the safety of the project. The water cement ratio and the steel fiber reinforced volume effect the property of the steel fiber reinforced concrete This paper has mainly done the following research through the experiment: (1)The steel fiber reinforced concrete compressive strength, the anti-fold strength,the cleavage tensile strength; (2)Under the different time of demould and vibration condition,fresh steel fiber reinforced concrete anti-dynamic load destruction performance characteristic was researched;the damage variable was introduced, the preliminary exploration to the damage rule was carried on; (3)The obtained conclusions were analysed with mechanics performance of plain concrete under the same condition. The test result indicates:compares with the plain concrete,toughness of the steel fiber reinforced concrete was obviously enhanced; compressive strength was really micro influenced;cleavage tensile strength and anti-fold intensity were obviously improved.And the steel fiber volume rate was higher, effect more obvious.the extent damage of fresh steel fiber reinforced concrete was lower than plain concrete under the dynamic loads. Simultaneity, when a highway tunnel passed through III kind of adjacent rock., the paper used software ANSYS8.0.Uses the 25cm thick steel fiber coagulation building and construction projects to spurt the level supports and protections material. Analysed the field of force and the field. of strain The obtained data was compared with the data of 25cm thick plain concrete spurted the level correspondence.Through selected and calculated the level thickness parameter of steel fiber reinforced concrete many times, the author discovered when spurts level thickness 20cm supports and protects the effect was similar with the 25cm thick plain concrete spurts the level supports and protections effect.so steel fiber reinforced concrete was a excellent material for tunnel support.
