导爆索是传递爆轰波的一种索状爆破器材,多用于国防和工业爆破中,由于它的结构比较特殊,对导爆索的剥线还是以手工为主,操作很不规范,容易造成废品,而且效率极低。国内对导爆索剥线方法的研究仍处于空白,也检索不到国外这方面的资料和剥线设备,所以寻求一种导爆索的剥线方法并研制一套导爆索剥线设备就显得非常迫切。
本课题的研究目的就是找到一种行之有效的剥线方法,并为导爆索剥线设备的研制提供可行的方案。论文剖析了导爆索的结构,并与金属导线的结构作了比较,对导爆索外包装套所用的尼龙材料的结构和性能进行了分析研究,结合金属线剥线机的剥线方法,制定一套导爆索剥线机的初步方案;利用CATIA建立了一套剥线机的数字模型,作了初步的运动学分析,进行了干涉碰撞的检验和运动合理性分析,对模型作了修改和优化;对初步方案中用于导爆索夹紧和转动的离心夹紧机构进行了动力学分析,并与力学模型计算出的夹紧力进行了对比分析,验证了离心夹紧机构的可行性;对刀片加热部分的几何模型施以不同的热载荷和边界条件,进行了热传导分析,对实验作了预测和指导并得到不同载荷下刀片的温度分布云图,把热分析结果与同样载荷下的导爆索尼龙套的热切割实验相比较,找到刀片加热的最佳温度范围与合适的热源功率;最后结合导爆索的具体结构,制定了初步的实验方案和实验样机机构方案,研制了一套实验装置,利用材料和结构不同的刀片,在不同的加热条件下,做了大量的导爆索尼龙套的切割和剥离实验,得到一系列的实验数据和结论。
通过有限元分析和实验验证,确定了采用热加工对导爆索进行剥线的工艺方法,为导爆索剥线机的研制提供了理论依据和具体实施的方案。

The detonating cord is used to transmit blast wave in the National Defense Industry, the construction of detonating cord is different from electrical wires, and its core is a silver pipe line filled with explosive, which is only 1mm in diameter and wrapped with nylon fabrics and a nylon pipe. because of its special structure it is difficult to remove the wrapper at the ends of the detonating cord without doing any damage to the silver pipe line core, such as scratching, distortion and deformation.
The research on the field of peeling the detonating cord skin is blank in China, the work is usually done by hand. So it is urgent to find a method and develop an equipment to decorticate the detonating cord skin.
The aim of our research is to find a feasible method to remove the nylon skin at the ends of the cord and make an optimization plan for developing such equipment.
We studied the construction of the cord, and compared it with that of the electrical wire; analyzed the characteristic of the wrapper material—nylon and the technique of the peeling machine of the electrical wire; made a preliminary plan for the peeling machine; using the virtual design technology we built a prototype of such equipment and made analyses about kinematics, dynamic and finite elements to the model; developed an apparatu and did a great deal experiments to remove the cord skin; After many times of experiments and analyses, we found a feasible method to peel skins, and made a detail plan to develop the equipment.
The main innovative point in this subject is:
1. Applying the method of hot-working we cut and melt the nylon fabrics and nylon pipe outside of the silver core, and remove them from the ends of the detonating cord. The cutting tool is heated by electrical power until the temperature is more than 300°C, and then approaches the surface of the cord to cut and melt the nylon material.
2. Using the working principle of lathes to the experimental system, the detonating cord is clamped by a collet and rotated with the spindle; the feeding mechanism takes the hot- cutting tool to the surface of the cord, so the nylon material is melted and removed from the surface of the silver pipe line.
3. The work to cut and melt the nylon is done through 2 steps, first roughly chamfering the cord just to remove most of the nylon material, secondly cutting off the nylon wrapper of the cord.
4. The feasible temperature to cut and remove the nylon wrapper from the ends of the cord is 300°C~400°C. Within this range the higher the temperature, the easier to cut and melt the nylon wrapper.
