PDC钻头具有耐磨性强、寿命长、钻效高、成本低、工人劳动强度轻和应用范围广等优点。焊接强度的高低会直接影响PDC钻头的使用性能,尤其是使用寿命,而焊接工艺又是影响焊接强度的一个重要因素。本论文通过科学的试验方案设计,对影响PDC钻头钎焊工艺的主要因素进行了一系列系统的室内剪切试验、对比试验和磨耗比试验研究。试验结果表明,焊后炉中冷却始温对焊缝焊接强度影响最大,冷却时间次之,焊前脱水方式对焊接强度影响最小。钎焊温度和时间对磨耗比有一定的影响。通过试验我们得知,试验条件下焊前焊后最佳钎焊工艺参数组合为:冷却初温600℃,保温5小时,散装丙酮脱水。焊前PDC片焊接面不锉比锉效果好;钢体焊接面喷砂比不喷砂效果好;喷砂表面无锈比有锈效果好;焊接面无氧化层比有氧化层效果好;焊后炉中冷却效果显著高于自然冷却;BAg612焊料焊接强度显著高于L312焊料。

PDC bit has a lot of advantages, such as strong wearability, long-life, high drilling efficiency, low cost, wider range of application and easier to be made. The level of brazing intensity will directly influence its using capability,especially its life. Therefore the brazing technique is an important factor for it. By means of a serious of scientific testing scheme design, a series of systemic experiments and tests were applied on its main factors of PDC bit brazing technique, such as indoor shearing, contrast & wearing and tearing experiments. The test results indicate that cooling beginning temperature after brazing is most influential to its joint strength, then the cooling hours and finally the way of dehydrating before brazing. Brazing temperature and lasting hours have certain influences to wearing and tearing ratio. We know by the experiments that the best parameter groups of brazing technique under the experiment condition before and after brazing: Cooling temperature should be 600℃ at the beginning and keep it for 5 hours, as well as dehydrating in bulk acetone. No filing face of PDC is more effectual than filing one before brazing. Brazing on sand-prayed steel surface is more effectual than non-sand-sprayed one. Non-rusty sand-sprayed surface is more effectual than the rusty one. Non-oxidizing surface is better than the oxidizing one. Cooling effect in the stove after brazing is much better than the natural cooling way. Brazing strength of the brazing material named BAg612 is higher than L312.
