在常规能源日趋减少和国家倡导低碳生活节能减排的形势下,太阳能因取之不尽、用之不竭且易与建筑结合等特点日益受到世界各国的重视。城市高层住宅太阳能一体化正处于蓬勃发展的新阶段,但太阳能一体化高层住宅相关评价标准严重滞后,制约了太阳能技术在城市高层中的发展。要切实达到“十二五”规划节能减排的目标,推进太阳能在城市高层中的应用,加强太阳能一体化高层住宅评价体系的研究势在必行、迫在眉睫。
本文通过大量文献资料的阅读,结合国内外节能建筑、绿色建筑等相关评价工作研究的现状,界定了太阳能一体化建筑的概念及其理想特征,分析了太阳能一体化高层住宅发展过程中存在的问题以及建立评价体系的必要性。在参考相关评价技术及规范标准的前提下,通过评价体系建立的原则、层次结构设计、评价指标体系确定、指标权重计算和建立评价等级标识等关键步骤,采用德尔菲法、层次分析法、模糊隶属度函数等研究方法,从建筑规划、结构安全性、集热器性能、环境保护、经济性五个维度,最终建立了太阳能一体化高层住宅评价体系。
通过案例分析,运用太阳能一体化高层住宅评价体系对西安地区某住宅项目进行综合评价,进一步验证了评价体系建立的科学性、合理性和实用性。同时,也为开展太阳能一体化评价工作提出了一些合理的政策建议。

With the declining of conventional energy, as well as advocating low carbon life and energy saving and emission reduction, solar energy is taken more and more attention day by day because of its inexhaustible and more integration with building. City high-rise residential solar energy integration is in the new stage of the booming development, but the evaluation standard of high-rise residential solar integration related lags seriously, restricting the development of solar technology in urban high-rise. It is imperative and imminent for achieving 12th five-year plan goals of energy saving and emission reduction to promote solar energy applications in the city's high-rise and reinforce the research of high-rise residential solar integration evaluation system.
This paper is based on reading a lot of technical literature, combined with related research of the evaluation work of energy-saving building, green building at home and abroad, defining the concept of integration of solar building and its ideal characteristics, analyzing problems of which existing in the development process of High-rise Residential Solar integration and the necessity of establishing evaluation system. Under the premise of reference of related evaluation of technical standards and specifications, through the key steps which includes the principle of establishing evaluation system, the design of hierarchical structure, the determination of evaluation index system, index weight calculation and evaluation grade to establish and so on, using the Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), fuzzy membership functions, from architectural planning, structure security, solar panel performance, environmental protection, economical efficiency in four dimensions, establishing high-rise residential solar integration evaluation system.
Through the case analysis, using evaluation system of high-rise residential solar integration for comprehensive evaluation of a residential project in xi 'an, it further proves the scientific, rationality and practicability of the evaluation system established. At the same time,the Paper carries out some reasonable policy suggestions of solar energy integration evaluation work in our country.
