本文在系统梳理大学文化和区域特色文化的概念、特点的基础上，对大学文化与区域文化的关系进行了分析，阐述了区域特色文化对构建特色大学文化的影响和作用，分析了大学文化引领区域文化发展的内涵。提出区域文化与大学文化作为社会文化体系中两种共存的亚文化系统，相互影响、相互作用，区域是大学植根与成长的土壤，区域性是大学特色文化建设的一个基本立足点，同时校园文化承载的文化和精神气质又是影响并推动区域文化发展的重要力量。当前，要健康的发展大学文化，必须重视和关注区域文化，发掘区域文化底蕴中利于自己成长的元素并与之深入融合，积极从区域文化中汲取丰富营养，构建具有区域文化特色的大学文化，最终形成特色校园文化和学校特色发展的比较优势。 本文第一部分对研究的背景、意义等进行了分析；第二部分对大学文化、区域文化等相关概念的界定及基本特征等进行了阐述，为研究作好铺垫；第三部分对依托区域文化构建特色大学文化建设存在的问题进行深入分析，并进一步探索了基于区域文化特色构建特色大学文化的路径；第四部分在研究大学引领区域文化发展作用的基础上，提出了大学引领区域文化发展的路径；第五部分在理论研究的基础上，以西安科技大学大学文化建设和区域秦唐文化发展为例，对在大学文化建设中，利用区域文化资源，挖掘区域文化精髓，形成体现区域文化特色的校园文化，进而形成校园文化发展的比较优势、辐射推动区域文化发展进行了实践探索，具有一定的针对性和实践价值。

Based on systematically studying the university culture and the regional culture concept and characteristic, the paper analyses the relationship between university culture and the regional culture and explains the influence that the latter has an effect on the contraction of university culture characteristic. It also analyses the university culture lead the development of the regional culture. Proposed regional culture and university culture as the coexistence of two sub-culture systems in a social cultural system, they interact with each other. Region is rooted in the soil for the university, and the regional characteristic is a foothold of university cultural construction. At the same time the campus culture and spirit bore in the campus culture is an important force to influence and promote regional cultural development. At present, to develop university culture healthily, the importance should be attached to the original culture, digging out advantageous elements in the original culture and then melting with it. At the same time, we should take in good points from it and establish university culture which is characterized by original culture. Ultimately, our university can be established with special culture and development. In the first part of the paper, analyses are made of the background and significance of the research. The second part elaborates on the definition and the basic characteristics of such related concepts as university culture and regional culture, laying the foundation for the research. In the third part, deep research is made into the problems existing in the construction of distinctive university culture based on regional cultures and, at the same time, further exploration is made into the approaches to the construction of distinctive university culture based on regional cultures. On the basis of the research into the functions of universities in leading the development of regional culture, the fourth part puts forward the approaches for universities to lead the development of regional culture. Based on the theoretical research and taking the cultural construction of Xi'an University of Science and Technology as well as regional Qin and Tang cultural development as example, the fifth part makes some practical exploration into the use of the resources of regional cultures , the exploration of the essence of the regional culture, the formation of campus culture manifesting the characteristics of regional culture and the comparative advantages of the development of campus culture, and the stimulus of regional culture. All this is appropriately targeted with practical value.
