我国矿山安全生产事故与自然灾害发生频繁,矿山应急救援的任务十分艰巨。KTE5型矿山救援可视化指挥装置是国内领先的矿山应急救援设备,采用的是SDSL传输技术,即铺即用,但其数据采用双绞线传输,使得矿井救援过程中,救援人员携带和行进不便。 为了进一步提高KTE5型矿井救援装置的效率。本研究根据灾区环境的特殊性,对原有KTE5系统采用以COFDM为调制技术,以及DSP(数字信号处理器)芯片为主要硬件的电路模块,实现无线视/音频传输。 首先,根据矿井环境的传输要求,选择TMS320VC540作为核心DSP处理器件,实现整个调制解调过程中的除卷积编译码外的所有工作,以及A/D、D/A过程中的通信和数据存储工作。从而为井下数据的无线传输做了合适的处理。 然后,设计了数据发送模块和接收模块,和KTE5前端设备与无线发送和接收模块的有效通信方式,使采集到的视/音频数据能够准确、及时的传送到井下基地和地面指挥中心,并与原系统设备进行良好的接入。也使得地面的指挥信息能够第一时间发送到灾区。 最后,并对使用于井下的装置进行本安防爆型设计,使数据无线发送和接收模块适应了煤矿井下使用环境的要求。 该系统在原有的设备保持基本不变的前提下,实现了井下数据和图像的无线传输,而且画面清晰度和数据传输速度都有很大的提高,大大的提高了救援工作的效率。

ICoal mine safety production accidents and natural calamities occur frequently in our nation, coal mine emergency rescue take great responsibility. Conditional and environmental danger and complexity of disaster-stricken area under coal mine decelerate the development of coal mine rescue telecommunication technology which can not effectively reflect the real circumstance of disaster stricken area during rescue procedure. Therefore, it influences commanding decisions during rescue in certain degree. KTE5 type mine rescue command unit is the visual comparison of the leading mine emergency rescue.this study is based disaster special environment to the original KTE5 system uses COFDM modulation technology as well as DSP (digital signal processor) chip as the main hardware of the circuit module, wireless video/audio transmission. First, according to mine environment, transport requirements, select TMS320VC540 as a core DSP processing devices, to achieve the modulation and demodulation process of convolution encoding and decoding in addition to all the work outside, and the A / D, D / A process of communication and data storage work. So as to make underground wireless data and suitable treatment system in the original equipment remains basically unchanged, under the premise of the underground to achieve the wireless transmission of data, and the picture clarity and data transfer speeds are greatly improved.
