随着Internet的发展,各种基于WEB的应用在工业控制领域中得到广泛的支持。现阶段,各煤矿监控系统不能很好的相互兼容、网络化程度低,以致煤矿企业不便于统一管理、指挥调度难。于是,为了提高管理与调度的科学性和实效性,在各监控系统数据集成的基础上,实现WEB服务并远程实时监测和统一管理现场数据已是势在必行。 本文讨论了煤炭生产安全状况和煤矿监控系统的发展现状,针对目前煤矿监控系统联网问题及煤炭企业自身管理的需要,首先从网络结构上对煤矿监控系统的WEB应用进行分析和研究;然后,探讨WEB数据库访问和数据通信原理,重点研究了适合于课题的WEB数据库访问方式ADO.NET和远程数据传输方式Winsock,并分析了WEB开发所使用的关键技术,包括XML、SOAP、Web Service、ASP.NET等;之后,提出基于WEB的远程瓦斯监测系统总体设计方案,并对各功能模块进行软件设计,对WEB服务器端和客户浏览端分别进行实现;最后,在C/S和B/S混合模式架构下,设计开发出一套基于WEB的煤矿远程瓦斯监测系统。 经测试,系统运行正常,较好地实现了各项设计目标,现已成功的应用于陕西省某煤矿。该系统具有网络共享、远程监测功能,满足了生产单位对瓦斯情况实行全面、实时、长期检测和管理的要求,为构建矿务局、全市、全省、乃至全国的网络化煤矿监控系统奠定了基础。

With the development of Internet, various kinds of applications based on Web are widely supported in the field of industrial control. At present, the compatibility of the coal mine monitoring system is poor, and the level of network is low, this makes that it's hard to attemper and manage unitedly. In order to improve the scientific and practical level of the attemperring and management, it's imperative to realize Web services and unitedly remote-monitor and manage field data on the basis of data integration of monitoring systems. The paper discusses the safety condition of coal production and the developing station of coal mine monitoring systems. In order to resolve the problem of coal mine monitoring systems interconnection and meet the need of coal mine anagement, the paper completes the following works. Firstly, the paper analyses how does Web apply to coal mine monitoring systems. Secondly, the paper discusses the principle of Web database accessing and data traffic, particularly the method used in this paper, ADO.NET and Winsock. And the paper analyses the important technology used in Web empoldering, including XML, SOAP, Web Service, and ASP.NET. Thirdly, the paper presents the design project of remote-monitoring system, designs the software of every module, and realizes the Web server and the client browser. Finally, the paper completes the design of a remote-monitoring system of the gas based on Web, and it is composite structure of C/S and B/S. The test result of this system indicates that it works normally and reaches the design goals, and it has been successfully applied in a coal mine in Shanxi province. The system has the function of network sharing and remote monitoring, it meet the requirements of monitoring and managing gas condition comprehensively, real-time, and chronically. This system laid the foundation for building coal mine monitoring system covering the mining bureau, the whole city, the whole province, and even the whole country.
