显微镜光度计(microphotometer)是测量由微小表面发出的光量的仪器,用于煤、有机岩石等反射率测定,以确定煤的变质程度,有机岩石的成熟度。它是煤地质、煤层气地质、油气地质、煤化工等学科研究的基础实验设备。基于目前国内实验室主要依赖进口仪器,且进口仪器存在显微镜与光度计的衔接不配套、功能单一等问题,本文研制了一种基于CCD阵列探测器作为光电转换器件的显微镜光度计,是以光纤为传导介质,集成采用CCD探测器光电转换装置(信号采集、输出)、CCD图像传感器及配套的功能测量软件,研制成新一代的用于煤等有机质成熟度检测的显微镜光度计。通过对仪器各硬件组成部分参数适用性进行了充分的选型验证、设计加工,对仪器硬件相对应的软件系统进行了开发、设计,完成了新型显微镜光度计的研制。通过选用一系列具有代表性样品,分别在新研制仪器与德国徕卡MPV-3型显微镜光度计上进行数据比对实验,实验结果表明,本次研制的新型显微镜光度计在稳定性、线性、测试精度、准确度、测试软件使用效果等方面均能达到相关标准的技术要求。在国内首次实现了采用CCD阵列探测器作为光电转换器件研制成新型显微镜光度计,研制的仪器可对不同可见光部分波长测值特征进行研究,响应波长范围200nm~1100nm,光谱分辨率0.04-2nm。新研制仪器以其具有性能好、功能全、检测效率快、可操作性强、体积小,安装方便等优点,已经在煤炭行业、高校等实验室推广应用。

Microphotometer is a device to measure the intensity of light from micro surface. It can be used to measure the reflectance of coal and other organic rocks, in order to determine the degree of coal metamorphism, and the maturity of organic rocks. It is a basic laboratory device for coal geology and coalbed methane geology and petroleum geology and coal chemical industry field such as. There are some existing problems in the current laboratories: the devices are mainly imported; microscope and photometer can not be connected properly in the imported device and the function is not enough. The thesis aims to research and design a Microscope Photometer with CCD array detector spectrograph as photoelectric conversion unit. The device is used to detect the maturity of the organic matter of coal and other minerals. By using fiber-optical as the transmitting medium, this new Microscope photometer integrates CCD detector photoelectric conversion device (input and output of signals), CCD image sensor and measuring software on ORTHOPLAN-POL polar- and reflecting microscope. The research and design of this new microscope photometer involve fully model selection, verification and processing about the parameter adaptability of the various parts of the hardware of the device; and the design and development of the software system connecting to the hardware. Typical sample comparison testing was carried out between this new integrated device and Leitz MPV-3 microscope photometer made in Germany. The results show that this new integrated microscope photometer meets all the technical requirements of the related standards on stability, linearity, testing accuracy and effect of measuring software, etc.. The research and design is the innovation breakthrough in the designing of the new Microscope Photometer with CCD array detector as photoelectric conversion unit. The new device is tested to measure the wavelength of the visible light. Wavelength response is between 200nm~1100nm; spectral resolution is between 0.04-2nm. Supporting measure software for coal petrology is also developed. The device acquires the advantages of good performance, multifunction, measure efficiency, easy operation, small volume, and installation convenience. And it is being widely applied in laboratories of coal industry and universities.
