摘 要 随着变电站自动化、通信和微电子等技术的快速发展,在变电站自动化系统领域出现了大量基于微处理器/控制器的智能电子设备(IED),变电站自动化的水平在不断提高,这使得系统集成成为趋势。然而,目前广泛应用的变电站自动化系统只做到了站控层和间隔层的数字化,间隔层的保护及测控装置仍然通过二次电缆采集来自传统电流和电压互感器的模拟量、开关的状态,以及采用硬接点实现电气设备的控制。这些不仅不符合IEC61850标准对于智能变电站发展的描述,而且在实际运行中存在着诸多信号干扰的问题,导致保护误动,拒动的情况时有发生。因此,设计一套符合IEC61850描述的智能变电站间隔层IED具有重要的实际工程意义。 本文以基于IEC61850提出的智能变电站的模型为基础,结合西瑞公司对新架构的全网络化智能保护平台的开发项目与试验系统研制的具体实践,为克服上述种种问题并且适应智能变电站发展方向而展开专门研究。 首先,从IEC61850提出的智能变电站模型的功能需求出发,考虑成本、性能的因素,从市场目前的主流芯片中进行相应的选型,提出了一套符合IEC61850建模的智能变电站间隔层IED的设计方案。其次,研究了相关的底层BSP驱动,并从实验的角度验证了VxWorks操作系统移植在本设计平台上的运行效率可以满足需求。最后,经过以上工作,本课题提出了一种各类数据从源头实现数字化,实现信息集成、网络通信、数据共享,并符合IEC61850规约的高集成度的处理平台设计方案。工作中将主要电路模块制作并调试通过,为今后的成品开发提供了实验依据。

ABSTRACT Along with the speedness development technic of the automatization of the transformer substation,communications and micro-electronics,there are lots of IED based on micro-electronics or micro-controller have emerged from the The automatic system of the transformer substation. The level of the automatization of the transformer substation improve endlessly,and the integration of the system becomes our future. The automatic system of the transformer substation for application is only live up to the digitalization of substation controller level and bay level.The protection devices and the measurement and control device of bay level sample the analog signal and the state of the breakers from the traditional current transducer and potential transformer through secondary cable,and control the electrical equipment by hardwire,still.They are not only fall short of IEC61850 standard which have described the future of the digital transformer substation ,but also have many problems about the signal interference with the practical operation.It can lead up to misoperation .So our design of IED of the bay level of the digital transformer substation which base on IEC61850 have important practice engineering significance. The paper base on IEC61850 and its new model ,begin its specialise study to solve the problems what have said above. At first,Consider whith the structure and capability that we need,It begin with choosing the chips,and put forward a plan of the IED which base on IEC61850.Then ,the paper research the board support packet driver,and of course introduce the advantage of the VxWorks system,and its operation mechanism principle,and demonstrate its real-time can content the system requirement .At last,by what the paper have done,it propose a plane that sample every digital signal from the source,realize the information integration,net communication,data sharing and base on IEC61850.Across this project,we build the main circuit,and obtain the conclusion what we expect,and provide the experiment basis for the finished product.
