复杂条件下大倾角特厚煤层大采高开采技术是重要研究课题。以清水营煤矿大倾角煤层大采高开采技术研究为目标,通过现场综合调查与室内实验,系统分析了包括复杂工程地质环境、开采技术条件和地下水等影响清水营煤矿大倾角大采高覆岩变形与破坏的主要因素;基于三维数值模拟,分析了推进过程中顶板受力情况,定量确定了初次来压与周期来压步距、工作面推进过程中的应力-变形特征以及受开采扰动影响下的顶板下沉规律等,揭示了复杂围岩环境下大倾角大采高工作面覆岩运动规律、工作面矿压显现和工作面采空区“三带”发育具有变异性等特征;利用物理相似模拟与现场监测等综合方法,深入分析了复杂条件下的围岩变形特征和110202大采高工作面大断面开切眼应力分布特征与顶板下沉规律,确定了大断面开切眼的支护方式与维护措施。基于大倾角煤层大采高工作面支架-围岩关系原理,确定了大倾角大采高工作面与与回采设备关键参数,提出并实施了现场监测、钻孔窥视和构建疏水巷等综合技术与管理措施或方案,有效控制了围岩灾变并解决了回采装备失稳等难题,实现了安全开采。本研究对宁东矿区和全国同类条件矿井的大倾角大采高工作面建设与安全开采具有借鉴意义。

Large height mining techonology of big and superthick coal seam under complex conditions is an important study area. This paper’s goal is to study the mining technology of big and superthick seam of Qingshuiying coal mine, by the spot survey and lab tests, the main factors including complex engineering geoenvironment, mining conditions and the effects of groundwater that effected overlying rock’s deformation and failure are analysised; based on three dimensional numerical simulation, the stress of roof during face advanced is analysed either, besides that, the first and cyclic pressure step are quantitative identified, the deformation-stress characteristics during face promoting , roof’s subsidence law effected by mining are determined, all of these reveal the roof movment law of dip-large mining height face under complex surrounding rock, rock strata’s pressure rule and face’s variability characteristic of face’s “three zones” development; Through triphosphatis methods’ utilization of physical simulation and in-situ monitoring, the deformation characteristics under complex conditions surrounding rock, stress of large section cut of No.110202 large-height mining face, and roof’s subsidence rule are analysised, and its support methods and maintenance measures identified. Based on the relationship principle between supports and surrounding rock of large-height mining face in dip seam, the key parameters of mining equipment are identified, technology and management practices or scenario including in-situ monitoring, borehole imaging, pump tunnel are introduced and implemented, all of these means effective control the catastrophe of surrounding rock and the mining equipments’ destabilization, and the goal of safe mining is achieved.This study can provided referential significance for dip large-height mining face’s construction and safe mining of Ningdong mines and whole similar condition mine.
