倡导煤矿险兆事件管理,是根据当前我国强调事故防治关口前移,构建双重预防机制所提出的一种安全管理新理念,是对安全生产管理理念的一种深化与升华。然而煤矿险兆事件管控尚未普及,针对矿工险兆事件感知能力的研究也尚在探索阶段。通过分析事故,研究发现情绪是影响矿工险兆事件感知能力的原因之一。本研究主要是以提高矿工险兆事件感知能力为目标,针对当前尚未完善的险兆事件管理体系以及矿工安全心理方面研究欠缺的现状,分析总结国内外在情绪与感知和风险感知相关研究成果的基础上,结合生理-心理实验和险兆事件理论对矿工险兆事件感知能力进行了实验研究。以矿工的不同情绪为研究对象,通过行为和生理学参数实验测量方法,探讨不同情绪影响下矿工险兆事件感知能力的变化及差异,旨在将矿工情绪管理引入煤矿险兆事件管理中,从而有效提升煤矿险兆事件的管理效果。论文主要研究内容和结论如下:
首先,从情绪与感知,情绪与险兆事件感知能力两方面进行文献综述,对矿工险兆事件感知能力的概念进行界定并对其影响因素以及形成机理等进行总结与分析。对情绪的诱导和测量方法进行选取,即从中国化面孔情绪图片系统库中选取正性、中性、负性情绪面孔图片各30张,然后对情绪进行诱发;采用情绪自评量表评测矿工被诱发的情绪状况;结合实验室条件和探讨前人研究经验,确定了心率和皮肤电导水平作为生理学特征的测量参数,确定反应时间和反应正确率作为矿工的险兆事件感知能力评估指标。
其次,进行了实验方案的设计和实施,选取了20名矿工或准矿工作为实验对象,选取正性、中性、负性这三类基本情绪,选用E-prime分析软件进行实验编程,并记录相关数据测量矿工在面对险兆事件场景图片时的行为操作,选用BioLAB人因数据分析仪器进行生理指标的测试。
最后,运用SPSS19.0软件对实验数据进行分析。实验结果表明在负性情绪影响下,矿工的险兆事件感知能力有所降低,在正性情绪影响下,矿工的险兆事件感知能力升高,而两类情绪影响下矿工的心率和皮肤电导水平均有所升高,且正性情绪影响程度不如负性情绪明显。据此,从负性情绪的预防和管理层面提出矿工不安全心理干预措施,以期提升矿工险兆事件感知能力,有效预防矿工不安全行为,减少险兆事件发生,提高煤矿整体安全管理水平。

Coal mine near-miss management idea and thought is based on the current emphasis on accident prevention and control of pass in advance, to build dual prevention mechanism, which have put forward a kind of new management idea. It is a kind of safe production management deepening and sublimating. However, coal mine near-miss management has not been popular, and study of miners' near-miss perception ability also is still in the exploratory stage. By analyzing the accident, the study found that emotion is one of the reasons that affect the miners' near-miss perception ability. This study in order to improve the miners' near-miss perception ability as the main target, which analyzes and summarizes the research results of emotion and perception and risk perception at home and abroad, and analyzes the current situation of the lack of near-miss management system and the lack of miners' safety psychology, and combines physiology-psychological experiment and the theory of near-miss, the experimental study on the miners' near-miss perception ability is carried out. Therefore, this paper takes the different emotions of miners as the research object, applies behavioral and physiological parameters measurement method, explores the changes and differences of the near-miss perception ability of miners in different moods, and aims to introduce the miners' emotion management into the management of coal mine near-miss, so as to improve effectively the management effect of coal mine near-miss.The main contents and results are as follows:
First of all, this paper summarizes and analyzes the concept of miners' near-miss perception ability, the influencing factors and the forming mechanism through the emotional and perception, emotional and near-miss perception in two aspects of the literature review. The emotional induction and measurement methods were selected. From the CAPS selected positive, neutral, negative emotions face pictures of 30, and then induced by the mood; The use of emotional self-rating scale to assess the miners were induced emotional status; Combined with previous studies, the HR and SCL were determined as physiological parameters of the measurement parameters, and the RT and ACC were determined as indicators of miners' near-miss perceptions ability.
Secondly, this paper carried out the design and implementation of the experimental program, selected 20 prospective miners or miners as subjects, selected positive, neutral, negative as three basic emotions. The E-prime analysis software was used to program the experiment, and the relevant data were recorded to measure the behavior of the miners in the face of the near-miss. The BioLAB human data analysis instrument was used to test the physiological indexes.
Finally, based on the effectiveness and reliability analysis of SPSS19.0 software, the experimental results are analyzed. The experimental results show that under the influence of negative emotions, the near-miss perceptions ability of miners is reduced, and under the influence of positive emotions, the near-miss perceptions ability of miners is rised. Under the influence of two kinds of emotions, the HR and SCL of miners have increased, but the degree of positive emotions is not as obvious as negative emotions. According to this, the paper puts forward the measures to control the bad mood of miners from the aspects of emotional prevention and management, with a view to preventing effectively the unsafe behavior of miners, reducing effectively the occurrence of near-miss and finally improving the overall safety management level of coal mines.
