手机作为现代人们生活的必需品,在过去十几年的发展历程中,各厂商都尝试着在手机外壳造型、材料工艺和结构等方面进行不同的组合。为了提高手机在市场上的竞争力,客观上要求对制造手机外壳的关键工艺—模具的开发周期和制造成本进行控制。基于RP/RT技术的手机外壳制造,工艺简单,无需传统的机械加工,从产品的设计制造,到投入市场,大大缩短了开发周期,是手机外壳现代制造技术的一个重要发展方向。
本文建立了手机外壳制作的RP/RT集成制造系统。首先根据手机设计要求、传统手机外壳设计的经验和快速成型工艺要求建立了简单的手机三维模型;其次利用快速成型工艺(SLA)做出了手机外壳的RP原型,为提高RP原型精度,主要从手机外壳台阶总面积最少、变形特征总面积最少、过固化面积最少和零件的制作时间最短等因素来确定了一个最优的制作方向;然后制作了手机外壳的硅橡胶模;最后在全面系统地研究了RP/RT集成制造系统各个环节的制造误差及其控制方法的基础上,考虑到每个环节误差的累积效应,按照一个闭环模式将累积误差反馈到三维模型设计输入端进行误差补偿。
基于RP/RT集成制造系统制造手机外壳,解决了传统加工难以解决甚至不能解决的问题,大大缩短研制周期、提高了制造柔性,对手机外壳的快速制作具有一定的指导意义。

Mobile phone is a modern people's lives necessities. In the past 10 years, all manufacturers of cell phone are trying to combine with different cell phone modeling、materials technology and structure. In order to increase the competitive ability of cell phone in the market, it requires control the key technology made the shell of cell phone—the manufacturing costs and development cycle of the molds. Base on RP/RT, the shell manufacturing technology of cell phone is simple, there is no need for the traditional mechanical processing. From the design and manufacture of product to entering the market, the development cycle is greatly reduced, which is an important direction of cell phone modern manufacture.
In this paper, we set up the RP / RT integrated manufacturing system of the cell phone production. Firstly, according to cell phone design requirement, traditional experience of cell phone design and rapid prototyping process requirements, established a simple 3-D model of cell phone; Secondly using rapid prototyping technology (SLA) made a cell phone RP prototype. In order to improve the RP prototype accuracy, mainly reduce total area of level ,total area of deformation characteristics ,total area of The curing and parts production time to the least, using which to make the best production direction; then produced a cell phone silicon rubber die; at the last based on comprehensive and systematic study of the RP / RT integrated manufacturing system each link's manufacture error and its control method, taking into account each link error's cumulative effect, the accumulated error will feed back according to a closed loop pattern to the three-dimensional model design input end for error compensation.
Based on RP / RT integrated manufacturing system, the problems of shell manufacturing of cell phone in traditional methods are solved, the development cycle is greatly reduced, the manufacturing flexibility is improved, which provides certain guiding significance for the shell rapid manufacturing of cell phone.
