我国的房屋建筑规模堪称世界第一,现有建筑总面积已达400多亿平米,到2020年新增城镇民用建筑面积将再增100—150亿平米。但现有的建筑中95%以上都是高能耗建筑。这对我国本就贫乏的能源造成了巨大压力。因此将太阳能技术与建筑相结合,大力研究可再生能源,对能源的可持续利用,环境资源的保护有着十分重要的战略意义。
本文从太阳能建筑技术入手,通过调研、收集、整理和分析相关资料,结合具体工程实际对建筑设计、构造措施以及热环境性能进行了调查研究,并分别对被动式和主动式太阳能建筑进行了深入的研究。提出了被动式和主动式太阳能技术在建筑中应用的策略和措施。
首先就被动式太阳房的形式和设计要点进行了阐述和分析,从太阳房的最佳朝向范围、建筑物体型、建筑平面设计等方向进行了深入细致的研究。对被动式太阳能建筑外围护结构的节能设计上提出了相应的建议。研究指出:在农村被动式太阳能建筑形式的选择上,对于面积比较小的南向房屋可以采用直接受益式技术,而对于面积较大的南向房间宜采用直接受益与阳光间相组合的方式则更好;同时提出了被动式太阳能建筑外围护结构的节能措施。
在主动式太阳能建筑技术研究上:通过市场调研对各类太阳能集热器的形式和特点进行了比对和分析,根据太阳能热水系统与建筑结合的现状,提出了优选方案和选用原则,以及太阳能建筑一体化的结合措施。研究证明:真空管集热器在热能吸收、使用寿命等方面都优于平板集热器,是集热器应用的趋势;太阳能建筑一体化在遵循外观和谐、结构安全、管线简短、系统稳定的原则上,将太阳能热水系统与建筑物的屋面、墙体、阳台板以及遮阳板等建筑物构件紧密结合,以使其成为建筑物的一部分。在与建筑结合上,整体式太阳能热水系统适合应用于平屋顶房屋;分离式更适合与建筑相结合而达到一体化的效果,同时它也适合应用于任层高的房屋中,因此是未来太阳能建筑一体化应用发展的趋势。
本文还结合太平庄村太阳能热水系统工程实例,对该太阳能采暖系统的经济性和系统运行的效果进行了计算与评价。节能计算表明:太平庄村太阳能热水系统的投资成本为32000元,每年节约费用约为3720元,可在8年回收成本,从而证明了其研究成果对于新农村和城市住宅建设都具有一定的工程应用价值和推广前景。

The scale of building coustruction in our country can be rated as the first in whole world, which currently exists the gross floor area of 40 billion and will be increased by 10 to 15 billion square meters of the civil gross floor area in cities and towns. However, exceeding 95% of the present buildings are highly energy-consuming constructions. This will cause tremendous pressure upon the poor energy of our country. Therefore it owns vital strategic importance upon the sustainable use of energy and the protection of environments & resources that we will combine the technology of solar energy with buildings and research reproducible energy.
This essay will commence with the constructing technoloy of solar energy. By investigating, collecting, sorting and analyzing upon the related material, it will respectively analyze the solar energy buildings in active and passive forms combining with the investigation and study of constructing design, structure measures and thermal environment in specific projects.
Above all, this essay will conduct the describtion and analysis upon the form and design of the passive solar house. From the aspects of the scale of the best towards in the solar house, the body type of buildings and the flat design of buildings, it will make deep and meticulous research. And it will raise corresponding proposals on the energy-saving design of the external building envelope in passive solar energy buildings. This study will suggest that, in the selection of passive solar engergy building forms in rural, the directly benefiting technology can be adopted for relatively small area of south orienting house, while the combining form of the combination between the directly benefiting and sunshine benefiting can be better adopted for the larger area of south orienting house.Meanwhile, it will propose the energy-saving measures of the external building envelope in passive solar energy buildings.
In the study of the active solar energy constructing technology, by market investigation and study, this essay will conduct comparison and analysis upon the forms and features of all kinds of solar thermal collectors. Based on the current situation of the combination of the solar water heating system and buildings, it will propose the optimizing programs and selection principles and the combinative measures of integrated solar energy buildings. This study will demonstrate that, vacuum tube collectors surpass the flat plate collector in the aspects of heat bsorption and service lifetime, which will be the tendency of the application of the heat collectors. In the principles of the appearance of harmony, structural safety, the conciseness of the pipelines, system stability, the integrated solar energy construction will tightly connect the solar water heating system with the building components of the roofing, wall body, balcony slab and sun shield, so as to make it become one part of the building. In the building combination, the integral solar water heating system is suitable for applying in the flat roof houses. While the discrete solar water heating system is more suitable for combining with the buildings to achieve the integrated effect.Meanwhile it is also suitable for applying in any storey houses. Therefore it is the tendency of the application and development of furture solar building integration.
In addtion, this essay will take the solar water heating system project of Taipinzhuang village as example and calculate and evaluate the economical efficiency and the effect of system operation of this solar heating system. The calculation in energy-saving shows that, the invested cost of the solar water heating system of Taipinzhuang village is RMB32,000 and the anaul reducing expense is approximate RMB3,720, which can recover the cost in 8 years. This thereby demonstrate that the researching result obtains certain project applicating value and promotion prospects for both New Countryside and Urban Housing Construction.
