盘形湿式制动器与盘形干式制动器相比,具有散热好,制动性能稳定,使用寿命长等优点。本文根据采煤机实际制动工况,分析了制动器三维模型的温度场分布,针对制动器的温度与摩擦片的磨损量需要人工判断的问题,研制了智能盘形湿式制动器,该制动器具有在线监测制动器的温度和摩擦片的磨损量的功能。本文主要研究工作如下: 根据制动器实际工况和工作原理确定了制动参数、有限元位移约束条件,参照制动器的实物建立了三维有限元模型,并应用有限元分析软件Abaqus对采煤机紧急制动过程进行了仿真,得出了制动器摩擦副三维温度场分布规律并找到了最大温升区域。应用excel软件处理制动器与轴向位移的关系曲线,得出更加切合实际的制动器温度与轴向位移之间的的经验公式,这为温度传感器的布置与制动器温度的在线监测提供了重要理论依据。 为了能准确判断制动器摩擦片的磨损情况以及制动器的温度,设计了在线监测系统。该系统以C8051F330为核心,设计了位移和温度采集模块、存储电路、报警电路、上位机电路,以及相关的软件程序。用VB编写了上位机界面,并通过RS232标准与单片机互相通信,实现实时显示制动器的温度与摩擦片的磨损量。 采用防爆电气理论和技术,合理确定了硬件电路和传感器的安装位置,并对智能盘形湿式制动器电器部分进行了隔爆设计。 按照论文研究方案制作了采煤机用智能盘形湿式制动器的功能样机,完成了监测系统硬件电路及软件程序的设计,经过现场调试,该系统实现了对制动器摩擦片的磨损量以及制动过程中温度的监测,对采煤机用盘形湿式制动器的使用安全、产品质量提供了保障。

Compared with dry disc brake, wet disc brake has many advantages, such as good heat dissipation, braking performance stability, long life. According to the actual braking condition of shearer, this paper analyzes the temperature field distribution of 3D model. Aiming at the problem that the temperature of the brake and the wear of friction plate require human to judge, this paper develops a kind of intelligent brake that can monitor the temperature and the wear of friction plate. The main work is as follows: According to actual working condition of the wet brake and the working principle, this paper determines the braking parameters, finite element and displacement constraints. Referencing to the using wet brake, it establishes 3D finite element model. It simulates emergency braking by using the finite element software Abaqus and obtains the 3D temperature field distribution and the maximum temperature region. It deals with the curve with software excel and concluds a more realistic experience formula of the brake which provides an important theory for temperature monitoring of the brake. In order to determine the wear of friction plate and brake temperature, an online monitoring system is designed.C8051F330 is the core of the system. It designs a displacement and temperature acquisition module, memory circuit, alarm circuit, host circuitry, and related software programs. It uses VB to write a PC interface and realizes communication by RS232. It realizes the real-time display of temperature and the wear amount of the friction plate. According to the explosion-proof electrical theory and technology, this paper determines the installation position of the hardware circuit and sensors reasonably. Finally on the basis of hardware circuit and sensor installation location, it designs flameproof shell. On the basis of the program of this paper, hardware circuit and software design are finished. After the commissioning, this system has realized the monitoring to the wear of friction plate and the temperature of brake,which has provided a guarantee for the shearer .
