井塔是矿井地面工业建筑中的重要建筑,其提升机大厅楼面的可变荷载对结构的经济性和合理性影响较大。近年来随着矿业的发展,矿井规模不断加大,我国规范给出的提升机直径不大于4.0m的提升机大厅楼面活荷载标准值已经不能满足矿井设计的要求。为了保证井塔结构的经济性和合理性,有必要对采用提升机直径大于4.0m的提升机大厅楼面活荷载标准值进行分析,以便为结构设计人员提供科学的理论支撑。所以,研究提升机大厅楼面可变荷载的取值及井塔结构可靠性,具有重要的意义和工程应用价值。
本文对内蒙、安徽两地矿井进行了实地调研,并在井塔设计单位和提升机设计单位进行了资料收集,根据荷载分布情况和提升机直径将数据分为四组,采用板面等效均布荷载换算法,把局部可变荷载等效为板面均布可变荷载,利用数理统计的方法,对提升机大厅楼面安装区和检修区可变荷载的统计参数和概率分布进行研究,分别建立了设计基准期T=50年和T=100年时提升机楼面安装区和检修区的可变荷载概率分布模型,同时确定了相应的模型参数,得到设计基准期T=50年和T=100年时提升机大厅楼面安装区和检修区可变荷载标准值的建议取值。最后以此为基础,采用验算点法分析了提升机大厅楼面的可靠指标,分析结果表明满足规范要求,为井塔结构的合理设计提供了技术支撑。
上述成果对于设计井塔结构,完善矿山工程设计规范具有一定的参考价值,可供实际工程设计参考。

Shaft tower is important building ground industrial building structures in the mine.The shaft hoist hall floor live load impact on the economy and rationality of the structure. In recent years,the live loads of the hoist hall whose diameter is not more than 4.0m set by the national stardars do not meet the need of design in mining industry with the development of mining industry and the scale of mine becomes larger gradually.It is necessary that shaft hoist hall floor live load were analyzed to use the diameter more than 4.0 m in order to guarantee the economy and rationality of shaft-tower structure,it can provide a scientific theory support for designer. Therefore, research on the value of the shaft hoist hall floor live load and reliability, which have great theoretical sense and application value of projects.
In this paper,mines in neimeng and anhui has carried on the spot representative,the data were gathered in the shaft tower design units and hoist design uints.it can be divided into four groups according to the hoist diameter and the load distribution,after that, using the method of the floor uniformly distributed load equivalent to floor distributed live load from local variable load,and making use the method of mathematical statistics analysis, probability distributions and statistical parameters of installation area and maintenance area of shaft hoist hall floor live load is studied. Thereby the probability distributed models and main parameters of installation area and maintenance area of shaft hoist hall floor live load are obtained at design reference period T=50 years and T=100 years. Further, installation area and maintenance area of shaft hoist hall floor’s characteristic value of variable load at design reference period T=50 years and T=100 years is advanced. Last based on which, using the method of check computations point analyzed the reliability index of shaft hoist hall floor,the results showed that meet the specified requirements, for these structure’s design of rational provided technical support.
The above results have a certain reference value for the design of shaft-tower structure,and also have important implications for the mining engineering design standard. The results can be used for reference in the actual project design.
