现今灭火控制器主要解决的问题是降低误喷率,降低误喷率就需要及早的发现火情。然而及早发现火情和降低误喷率恰恰是一对矛盾,这就对灭火控制器提出了更高的要求,现有的灭火控制器已无法满足这一要求,需要采用更加智能的火灾探测技术,因此智能灭火控制器的研究就显得尤为重要。
本文针对以上情况设计并实现了基于数据融合算法的智能灭火控制系统。本论文的主要研究工作包括三方面的内容,即基于数据融合技术的探测算法、系统的硬件设计和软件设计。系统的算法设计是本文的一个重点,在分析数据融合系统的三级结构及火灾非结构特性的基础上,提出了一种基于数据融合的“火灾探测三级结构”和实现三级结构的人工智能算法(采用人工神经网络、模糊控制等人工智能技术),目的在于设计出一种快速、准确和有效的智能灭火控制器,并通过仿真试验验证了该系统的有效性和可行性;硬件设计中详细论述了灭火控制器的设计原理,在完成硬件电路整体设计的基础上,着重讨论了几个主要模块的电路设计;软件设计包括算法设计和控制器软件设计,采用模块化设计思想,编制了各个模块的流程图。
本系统具有智能化和高可靠性等特点,但是还有一些环节有待进一步完善,所以文章的最后对智能灭火控制器的改善提出了一些具体方案。

The primary problem of fire-extinguishing controller today is reducing the mis-spraying rate. Reducing the mis-spraying rate needs detect the fire as early as possible. While advance detecting the fire and reducing the mis-spraying rate is just a contradiction, which brings forward higher demand for fire-extinguishing control technology. More intelligent fire detecting technology should be introduced to the intelligent fire-extinguishing controller, as traditional fire detecting technology can’t satisfy the requirement.
The intelligent fire-extinguishing control system based on the muti-sensor data fusion technology is designed and implemented in the paper to slove the problem above. The research in this thesis consists of three parts: detecting arithmetic based on data fusion technology, hardware and software design of the system.Arithmetic design is an emphasis in this paper. After analyzing the three layer structure of data fusion system and fire's non-structure character, to design a kind of quickly, exactly and effectively fire-extinguishing control system, a kind of fire detection's three-layer structure based on data fusion and artificial intelligence algorithm including expert system, neural network and fuzzy control technology to realize the three-layer structure is proposed. The validity and feasibility of the control system has been proved by experimentation. In the hardware design part, the design principle of the fire-extinguishing cotrol system is detailed and the design of several chief circuits is expounded after a dissertation on the whole design. The software part, which contains algorithm design and the software of the controller, has achieved all functions and provided some subroutine flow charts with the introduction of modulization design concept.
The system has the features of intelligence and high reliability, but some part need be improved. So the paper finally puts forward some methods of fire-extinguishing cotrol system.
