母线保护是电力系统中主要保护之一。母线的安全可靠运行直接影响发电厂和变电站工作的可靠性。与传统的集中式母线保护相比,分布式母线保护符合综合自动化变电站分层分布式布置的结构特点,具有便于就地布置、节省二次电缆等许多优点,最重要的是,各保护装置独立进行保护计算和跳闸,将误动的损失降到最低,大大提高了母线运行的可靠性。分布式母线保护的设计包括两方面内容:单个保护装置的设计和保护装置之间通讯方式的设计。
IEC61850标准是未来的变电站自动化通信系统体系结构国际标准,反映了变电站自动化通信的发展方向和趋势,开发适用于IEC61850标准的继电保护智能电子设备(IED)已经成为数字化变电站实现中十分重要的环节。
论文首先运用RTDS和MATLAB对双母线故障进行仿真,确定使用复式比率差动判据作为分布式母线保护的差动判据;然后,对母线保护中的差动保护、断路器失灵保护、母联充电保护等功能按照IEC61850标准进行了信息的分层建模,将功能映射到各个逻辑节点并建立逻辑节点中的数据对象及其属性,按照装置的模拟量输入、开关量输入输出、保护计算三个模块进行了逻辑设备(LD)的建模,构建了母线保护装置完整的数据模型并用UML中的顺序图,描述了母差保护的动态过程;编写装置保护算法部分的软件,并在PC机上验证了算法的正确性;最后,按照IEC61850标准对采样值和跳闸报文传输的性能要求,设计了基于过程总线的分布式母线保护装置和过程层设备之间的通讯方案,并运用OPNET仿真软件进行验证,说明100M以太网用于过程总线通讯的可行性。

In busbar protection is one of the most important protection in the electrical power system,its safety running relates weather the whole substation can run steadily .Comparison with the traditional centralized busbar protection,distributed busbar protection can be locally installed and shorten CT secondary cable, which accord with layered and distributed structure of substation automation.foremost,with compute and command the breaker are independently carry out by each protector,expense by mistake can be markedly decrease. Design of distributed busbar protection are consist of protector and communication mode.
IEC61850 is an international standard for the future substation automation communication system have reflected the direction and trend of substation automation communication developing. Developed relay protection intelligent electronic devices (IED) applicable to IEC61850 has become a very important part to realize digital substation .
First,double busbar fault are simulate on the use of RTDS and Matlab, determining the ratio double-differential criterion as the differential protection criterions of distributed busbar protector.Then, the model of function according to IEC61850 have be taken based on the parts of busbar protection such as differential protection, circuit breaker failure protection.these function have be mapped on logic node and the data object and its attribute are established . The logical device (LD) model are consist of three parts: input of analog signals,input and output of digital signals and protect accout.the dynamic process has be describe by sequence drawing in UML. The software algorithm of protection have been compile ,and be validated on PC. Then,Finally, based on the requirement of SV and GOOSE message transfer according to IEC61850, a scheme for realizing distributed busbar protection at the process level be proposes. And verify the feasibility of 100M Ethernet using in process line substation by OPNET simulation software
