随着经济全球化和知识经济的不断发展，技术创新已经成为一个企业、一个地区乃至一个国家经济发展的决定性因素。党的十七大报告中提出：“提高自主创新能力，建设创新型国家是国家发展战略的核心，是提高综合国力的关键”，应该“加快建立以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的技术创新体系。”因此，研究企业技术创新的动力机制，分析技术创新动力因素的相互关系和相互作用，具有重要的理论意义和实践指导意义。 在文献查阅和总结分析的基础上，从理论上阐述技术创新概念及其特征、类型、过程、主体和动力来源；分析企业技术创新动力机制的内涵、组成部分及其运作方式；分别从内部动力因素、外部动力因素两方面剖析企业技术创新动力因素及其相互关系；在确定边界、假设和时限的基础上，建立企业技术创新动力系统，绘制因果回路图，并运用系统动力学的理论和方法，深入分析该系统的反馈关系，最终构建基于系统动力学的企业技术创新动力机制模型，并对该模型的相关变量进行界定和解释说明；通过实证研究检验所建立的企业技术创新动力机制模型的准确性和有效性；根据动力机制模型和实证分析结果，对增强企业技术创新动力提出对策和建议。

As the economic globalization and knowledge economy develop, technological innovation has become the key to economic development of an enterprise, an area, and even a state. “The government should focus on improving the independent innovation ability and constructing innovation-country, which is the core strategy of national development and the key to improve national comprehensive strength”, the 17th national congress of CPC report said, “the state should speed up the establishment of technological innovation system, which is charactered with enterprises as main players, market backing and guidance and combination of production, learning, and research. Therefore, it has significance both in theory and practice that the author carries out the research on the dynamic mechanism of enterprise technological innovation and makes the analysis of the relationship and reaction for dynamic factors. Based on the literature consult, the author firstly introduces the concept, characteristics, type, process, main body and dynamic factors of technological innovation; analyzes the connotation, component elements of dynamic mechanism and how it functions; makes an analysis of dynamic factors and their reaction according to the inner and exterior aspects. After that the writer defines the boundary, supposition and time limit, builds the CLD of the technological innovation system, analyzes this system's feedback relationship thoroughly and constructs dynamic mechanism model using system dynamics theory (SD), and then explans correlated variables. Finally, the author makes a case study to prove the accuracy and validity of the model, proposes useful measures and suggestion to enhance enterprise technological innovation.
