神东矿区是我国典型的浅埋煤层矿区,矿区探明储量达2236亿吨,是世界八大煤田之一。近年来年产量均超过2亿吨,煤层埋藏浅(大部分在100m以内)、上覆基岩薄、地表为厚风积沙覆盖层,是神东矿区煤层赋存条件的突出特点。沿空留巷是提高煤炭资源开采回收率,减少巷道维护成本和巷道掘进量,提高矿井安全开采和改善煤矿技术经济收益的一项煤炭资源开采技术。因此对浅埋煤层沿空留巷的研究具有重要意义。
本文采用理论研究、数值模拟和现场工业试验相结合的方法,系统研究了浅埋煤层沿空留巷矿压结构模型。通过FLAC数值分析软件对浅埋煤层沿空留巷围岩应力进行了分析,得出了沿空留巷的矿压特征。并对沿空留巷施工进行现场实测,总结现场矿压变化规律。
本文通过研究得出了浅埋煤层沿空留巷“承载梁”结构模型,该模型计算方法简单,计算参数较易获得,具有较大的适用性。通过计算得,榆家梁煤矿43308工作面巷旁支护最大压力为10.3MPa,与留巷矿压观测数据相符。通过现场矿压观测得出,沿空留巷巷道围岩剧烈活动范围为超前工作面20m至工作面后方60m,在工作面后方100m处,巷道围岩趋于稳定。
柔模混凝土沿空留巷技术在神东集团榆家梁煤矿43308工作面进行了成功应用。实现了将柔模混凝土沿空留巷技术成功应用于浅埋煤层中。

Shendong mining area is a typical shallow coal seam mining area of our country, The proven reserves of this area is 223.6 billion tons, one of the eight coal field of the world. Annual production has more than 2 billion tons In recent years .The prominent features of Shendong coal seam conditions is the shallow buried coal seam (usually within 100m), The overlying thin bedrock and thick sand layer. Gob-side Entry Retaining is a technology of Coal mining to raise the recovery ratio of resources, reduce the maintenance cost and the amount of roadway excavation, improve Safety mining and improve the technical and economic benefits. So it is very important to study the Gob-side Entry Retaining in shallow coal seam.
This paper using the method of theoretical research, Numerical simulation and industrial test to study the pressure structure model of shallow coal seam systematically. Using the numerical analysis software FLAC to analyze the surrounding rock stress of Gob-side Entry Retaining in shallow coal seam, And got the mine pressure feature of Gob-side Entry Retaining. And the mine pressure feature has been measured along the construction to Summary the variation law of mine pressure.
In this paper, “Bearing Beam” structure model of Shallow Coal Seam Gob-side Entry Retaining has been got through the study. The calculation method of the model is simple and the calculation parameters are easy to obtain. it also has universal application. The maximum pressure of roadside support in Yujialiang coal mine 43308 working face is 10.3MPa. It was in accordance with Mine pressure observation. According to the observation of mine pressure, The activity range of surrounding rock of Gob-side Entry Retaining is between the 20 meters In front of the working face and 60 meters behind the working face. The activity of surrounding rock is stable at the range of 100 meters behind the working face.
The Flexible formwork and concrete Gob-side Entry Retaining Technology has been applied successfully in Shendong group Yujialiang coal mine 43308 working face. It is a fact that The Flexible formwork and concrete Gob-side Entry Retaining Technology has been applied successfully in the shallow seam.
