输配电网分析平台能对输配电系统进行分析和仿真,从而可以克服输配电网的事故隐患、节约电能、保证输配电过程的安全可靠,它是提高输配电网系统管理水平的重要工具。以往的输配电网分析软件存在着通用性差、功能单一、难以扩展和维护的缺点,所以研究开发具有开放性、可扩展性和可维护性的分析平台,具有重要理论意义和实用价值。
IEC 61970-301标准是为了解决描述电力系统的模型不统一而建立的电力系统公共信息模型(CIM)。文中首先对公共信息模型CIM进行了分析总结,概述使用CIM建模方法和如何根据实际应用对CIM进行扩展。在此基础上给出了对象模型和关系型数据库的映射方法,并分别在关系型数据库SQL Server 2000和实时数据库FastDB中建立了CIM模型。然后,采用CIM中电网拓扑的定义方法,进行了电网拓扑分析的研究,完成了电网静态拓扑分析和动态拓扑分析以及开关变位后的局部拓扑分析,并用实例验证了方法的正确性和可行性。最后,依据IEC 61970的CIS标准设计了本系统中数据交换的接口。
按照建立的模型和方法,在Visual C++ 2005下,实现了服务器的原型系统,并且编写了相关的客户端测试程序对系统进行了测试。客户端程序成功的完成了对系统实时数据库的增、删、查、改操作,并且当客户端发出潮流计算请求后,服务器端能够成功的生成潮流计算的原始数据。测试证明了服务器系统设计的合理性和正确性。

The analysis Platform of transmission and distribution network can analyse and simulate transmission and distribution network system, overcome hidden accident, which is important method to improve transmission and distribution power grid management lever. the transmission and distribution power grid analysis software,in the past, exised some disadvantages,for example,worse openess,single function,difficult extension and maintenance.So exploiting the transmission and distribution power grid service platform which is universality,interactive,distributed has important theorectical significance and interactive value.
The IEC 61970-301(CIM) standard was established to solve the different power system model. Firstly,the paper analysises the Common Information Model (CIM),and summarizes the modeling method using CIM and how to expand CIM according to the practical application.On this basis,the mapping between object module and relational database is proposed,and established CIM model in the Relation Database SQL Server 2000 and the Real-time Database. Secondly, the power grid topology analysis, which adoptes the definition method of power grid topology referenced in CIM, is researched. And the paper finishes the power grid’s static topology.dynamic topology analysis and the local topology analysis when the position of breakers changes, and takes the example to verify correctness and feasibioity of the method. Finally, the data exchange interface is designed according to IEC 61970-CIS standard.
Based on the established model and method in Visual C++ 2005, the prototype service system is established, and the relevant client test program of the system is compiled. The later completes the inserving, deleting, searching and updating operation of Real-time Database in server end. The original data about load flow calculations will be generated in server end when load flow calculations are requested in client end. The testing result demonstrates the reasonableness and correctness of server system design.
