铁路在国民经济发展和人们日常生活中具有十分重要的地位。随着铁路的进一步提速,向重载、高速、高密度方向发展,对直接指挥和控制列车运行的铁路信号设备的稳定、可靠、安全运行提出了更高的要求。而铁路信号系统内的基础设施—电源设备,是保证信号系统可靠工作的重要组成部分。由于铁路信号电源设备分布于铁路沿线,为保障铁路信号系统设备的正常运行及设备安全,对铁路沿线各车站的信号电源设备进行实时监控、统一管理势在必行。 本文在分析了铁路信号电源设备运行和维护现状的基础上,针对目前铁路现场所安装的主用电源屏在故障时不能自动切换至备用电源屏,无人值守车站电源屏故障对运输影响大,无法对分布于铁路沿线各车站的铁路信号电源设备进行集中监控与统一管理等诸多问题,对铁路信号电源集中监控系统建设的重要性和意义作了深刻的分析。详细介绍了新开发的铁路信号电源集中监控系统的组成和工作原理。针对延安北电务段所管辖神木—延安铁路各车站的信号电源设备,从合理性、可靠性、经济性出发确定了系统的总体拓扑结构,利用Visual C++6.0开发了上位机软件,完成了采集控制器软硬件设计和实现,并进行了实验室的模拟试验以及系统设备的现场安装调试和试运行。 运用计算机通信网络技术和嵌入式微控制器技术开发的本系统能够实现对分布于铁路沿线的铁路信号电源设备进行远程集中监控。 铁路信号电源集中监控系统是铁路信号向信息化、网络化、智能化发展的需要,它为信号设备的维修由故障维修转向预防维修创造了条件,减少了维护工作量,节省了人力,改善了工作条件,提高了维护管理质量,降低了系统维护成本,提高了整体工作效率,提高了信号设备的安全性和可靠性,对确保铁路运输快速、优质、安全、正点具有十分重要的意义。

Railway is playing an important role in the economyl development as well as our daily life. With railway further speeding up, aiming at high-speed, high-density and heavy-loaded, there are increasing requirements for railway signaling which conduct and control train operation working smoothly and safely. As one of fundamental railway signaling equipments, railway signaling power supply panel which distributed along the railroad, must be monitored and controlled to ensure the safety, stability and reliability of railway signaling operation. Analyzing the maintenance of present field railway signal power equipments, we find out such weaknesses as power supply panel could not be substituted by stand-by one when it is out of work; the failure of power supply panel which is located in the remote railway station ,where is no maintenance-man has big impact on railway transportation; the centralized remote control, management and monitor of the railroad signal power is not available. So, it is necessary to develop the Railway Signal Power Monitor & Control System (in short RSPMCS). The importance and significance of RSPMCS were presented first, and then the principal and components of RSPMCS were introduced. Consideration of economy, reliability and feasibility, Based on signal power equipments which are located in the main railroad from Shenmu to Yan’ an, and which was maintained by the Yan’ an Bei Electrical Maintenance Unit, the network architecture of RSPMCS was presented. The software for industrial PC in use of Visual C++ 6.0 was developed. The hardware design and programming for collection-controller were completed. The simulations at lab and on-site test have been carried out. With use of computer communication and Micro Control Unit (MCU) technology, the railway power supply panel can be monitored and controlled by the RSPMCS. RSPMCS is the result of applying information and intellectual technology to railway signal. Pre-maintenance could be carried out by use of RSPMCS, which makes lots of contributions such as saving labors, improving working condition, promoting maintenance management, reducing cost of maintenance, improving productivity, enhancing the reliability and safety of railway signal equipments. RSPMCS will play an important role in securing the fast-speed, high-qualified-service, safety and time-scheduled of railway transportation.
