随着经济和科技的发展,船舶对导航雷达的测距与测速精度的要求不断提高。导航雷达的测距和测速精度,甚至雷达的整体性能,都与导航雷达发射机的性能指标密切相关。因此,对导航雷达发射机的研究具有极其重要的意义。 本文对导航雷达发射机进行研究,主要依据磁控管工作原理和V-I特性对脉冲变压器及磁控管灯丝电压进行研究,通过原理性设计和实际的电路实现来完成导航雷达发射机研究工作。发射机电路按功能可分为脉冲调制器,磁控管灯丝电压,直流高压三个模块。脉冲变压器是脉冲调制器中重要的一部分。磁控管作为导航雷达发射机中的微波功率器件,其V-I特性的研究是进行导航雷达发射机研究的基础,同时也是双输出脉冲变压器研究的重要依据。基于磁控管V-I特性进行的脉冲变压器研究和基于磁控管工作原理设计灯丝电源,是导航雷达发射机的研究重点,因此作为本课题的中心进行研究。本文也对为调制器提供高压电源的直流高压模块进行了分析。 本文在着重理论研究——进行原理性的公式推导和演算的同时,通过实际雷达发射机电路的设计来验证理论研究的成果,具有理论指导价值和实际应用价值。本课题提出的基于磁控管V-I特性研究脉冲变压器和基于磁控管工作原理设计灯丝电源的方法,使发射机中各功能电路与磁控管相匹配,确保发射机内部匹配度达到最好。通过这种方法进行的船用导航雷达发射机设计,可极大改进雷达发射机的性能。

With the development of economy and technology, ranging speed accuracy requirements of ship navigation radar is also rising. Ranging and velocimetry precision of navigation radar, even as the overall performance of the radar, depends on the performance of navigation radar transmitter. Therefore, the study of navigation radar transmitter has an extremely important significance. In this paper, the research and analysis on the navigation radar transmitter is researching on pulse transformer and magnetron filament voltage based on primarily on the V-I characteristics of the magnetron. It completed the work of improving design of transmitter, by the principle of the design and the actual circuit implementation. Transmitter can be divided into three modules of Pulse Modulator, magnetron filament voltage, DC high voltage by function. The pulse modulator include pulse transformer which is important part of the pulse modulator. As the Microwave power device of navigation radar transmitter, V-I characteristic of magnetron is the basis of the study of the navigation radar transmitter, and is an important basis of the theoretical study on the dual output pulse transformer. The research of the pulse transformer based on the magnetron V-I characteristics and filament voltage based on the V-I characteristics of the magnetron, to a certain extent, is the focus of navigation radar transmitter, so it can be made into the major work of the study of the subject. A detailed study and analysis on the DC high voltage providing high-voltage power supply for the modulator is carried out in this article. This paper mainly focuses on theoretical study, derive and calculus through the principle of the formula, and design the actual transmitter to test verification by the theoretical results of the study, having theoretical guidance value. The topics proposed the method which research on pulse transformer and filament voltage based on the V-I characteristics of the magnetron, can make other functions of the transmitter circuit match to the magnetron, and make all of the circuit best Match to each other. The design of the navigation radar by this method, can greatly improve the performance of the radar transmitter.
