本文针对采煤机变频器井下开采过程中由于发热和振动等易引起老化和故障频发的问题,利用传感器信号采集技术、远程通信技术和嵌入式应用等技术,设计了一套基于单片机的采煤机变频器综合安全保护预警系统。旨在提高采煤机变频器的使用寿命,为煤矿开采过程中变频器的工况和寿命状况提供了一种安全有效的预警方案。
本系统主要包括实时数据采集,远程数据通信和上位机监控中心三部分。在系统的硬件设计方面,以嵌入式STC15W4K58S4单片机为控制核心,设计了信号变送调理电路,实现对多路温度和振动参数的实时采集与处理。系统通信模块选用RS-485串行总线方式保证数据的有效传输,实现井下监控的远程通信。上位机监控中心选用煤矿专用的嵌入式组态触摸屏来实现数据的动态显示与存储,在线监测与记录采煤机变频器工作过程中的温升和振动参数等历史数据,为后期的故障诊断提供有效的理论依据。在软件处理方面完成了单片机信号采集和A/D转换功能的软件编写,同时利用Modbus标准协议完成对触摸屏组态软件的界面设计,实现超限报警等功能。并且提出了一种改进型多次累加求和的设计思想采集温度数据,利用均方差计算的处理方法求取离散点的振动能量信息,进一步保证系统数据的安全性和有效性。
文章最后对变频器综合安全保护预警系统在实验室进行了初步实验验证,实验结果表明:本系统能有效地在变频器工作过程中达到综合安全保护的预警目的,性能稳定可靠,抗干扰能力强,达到了预期设计的目标。

In this paper, we study aging and frequent faults problems caused by heat generation and vibration of shearer frequency converter during the process of underground mining. We design a set of warning system based on coal machine frequency converter integrated security and protection according to the technologies of sensor signal acquisition, telecommunication and embedded application. It aims to improve the service life of the shearer frequency converter and provide a safe and effective early warning scheme for the of the converter in the process of coal mining.
The early warning system mainly includes three parts: real-time data acquisition, remote data communication and PC monitoring center. As for the aspect of hardware design, the embedded STC15W4K58S4 micro controller is used as the control core to realize the real-time acquisition and dispose of the multiple channel temperature and vibration parameters. The system communication module uses the RS-485 industrial application bus to ensure the effective transmission of the data and realizes the remote communication of the underground monitoring. The PC Monitoring Center for coal mine uses embedded configuration touch screen to achieve the dynamic display of data recording and storage, it can effectively record historical data such as temperature rise and vibration parameters during the working process of the shearer and provide theoretical basis for the later fault diagnosis. As for software processing, the software of signal acquisition and A/D conversion is completed. At the same time, the interface design of the touch screen configuration software is realized by using the Modbus standard protocol, and also the function of alarm. The system also put forward an improved multiple summation design thought of temperature data acquisition, seeking the vibration energy information of discrete points through the method of mean-standard deviation to further ensure the safety and effectiveness of system data.
At the end of this paper, a preliminary experiment is carried out to verify the frequency converter integrated security protection system. It turns out that the system can effectively
achieve the purpose of early warning of comprehensive safety protection in the working process of converter, it has stable and reliable performance, and strong anti-interference ability, which means we have achieved the expected design objectives.
