处在信息技术迅猛发展的二十一世纪,企业的竞争力己经成为决定企业兴衰存亡的关键因素。企业生产成本的高低决定了企业的竞争力,在煤炭企业生产成本中,物资供应费用占了很大的比重。由于目前我国煤炭企业物资管理体系还比较陈旧,导致煤炭生产成本居高不下、企业经济效益下降、竞争力下降,因此迫切需要提高企业物资综合管理水平。提高企业的经济效益和竞争力可以从两方面入手:一是实现企业的信息化,采用支持企业高层决策、中层控制、基层运作的集成化的管理信息系统(MIS),开发和使用企业的信息资源提高企业管理、经营水平;一是应用供应链管理理论,使企业供应链上的各种资源优化组合。综上所述,建立基于供应链管理的物资管理信息系统,可以使整个煤矿企业物资管理系统处于一个信息灵敏、管理科学、决策准确的良性循环中,从而提高物资综合管理水平,提高煤矿企业的市场竞争力。 本文首先在介绍供应链以及供应链管理所涉及的内容的基础上,着重探讨了供应链管理与物资管理之间的关系,以及基于供应链管理的物资管理的特点。其次分析了淄矿集团物资管理业务现状,结合系统的构建目标,运用供应链管理理论,提出了淄矿集团物资管理系统的构建模型;根据淄矿集团的物资管理流程和提出的目标定义了系统的主流程,并对系统的功能结构进行了划分,对主流程所涉及的计划提交、审批、入库、出库(内部领料单)、报表和查询子系统的功能进行了详细的分析和阐述。然后研究了J2EE技术的体系结构和Ajax技术,并确定了本系统开发的技术方案;提出加入持久层的J2EE五层系统架构,并在表示层应用Ajax技术完成数据的读取;探讨了系统实现的几个关键部分:数据库的实现、持久层的实现、业务逻辑的实现和表示层的实现等。最后对系统的安全性作了简要的论述。

The competitiveness is a key factor in the rise and fall of an enterprise with the rapid progress of information technology, in the 21st century. The enterprise competitiveness is impacted by production cost. In coal industry, the cost of production supplies makes up a large proportion of total production cost. In China, materials management system is so old-fashioned that it keeps the production cost in a high level and impairs enterprise competitiveness. Therefore, it is eager to enhance effectiveness of materials management. There are two ways to improve enterprise competitiveness. One is to use Management Information System which supports high-level decision-making, middle-level control and grassroots Operation. Another is to apply theory of SCM. As all above, it is of great value to build a materials management system based on SCM. It can make enterprise in a good state of sensitive to information, reasonable in management,and correct in decision making. Then, it achieves the aim of improving corporate competitiveness in market. Firstly, this thesis introduces the theory of SCM and studies the relationship between SCM and materials management and the feature of materials management based on SCM. Secondly, it analyzed the materials management process of ZBM, then constructs the structure of materials management system based on theory of SCM and the building goals. It devises main workflows and defines functions of subsystems related to the main workflows, such as module of developing plan, module of examining plan and etc. Then, it studies J2EE technology and Ajax and determines the technology program. It is a five-layer system based on J2EE multi-layer architecture, and using prevail Ajax technology in presentation layer. Thirdly, it discusses key implementation, such as database implementation, persistence layer implementation, realization of business logic, presentation layer implementation and etc. Finally, this thesis studies the potential problem of safety during system implementation.
