随着居民基础建设的发展,四表(水表、电表、燃气表、热表)数量不断增加,四表数据的自动抄送成为行业和单位迫切想解决的问题。针对现有的自动抄表方案成本高、功耗大、组网规模小、线路干扰等问题,本文提出一种新的无线抄表方案。文中结合ZigBee技术与GPRS网络,设计了一套远程无线抄表系统,局域网络采用ZigBee短距离无线通信技术,广域网络采用GPRS远程无线通信技术,组建的系统具有低成本、低功耗、自组网和自适应等特点,而且具有较强的可移植性和兼容性。
整个抄表系统由上位机、集中器模块、中继器模块以及数据采集器模块组成。其中上位机可以调用控制器传输过来的数据,将数据处理、存储,并向控制器发出各种操作指令,设置各种操作参数。集中器是整个系统数据汇聚的地方,完成ZigBee网络与GPRS网络数据的转换,并将采集到的数据传输给上位机。中继器是为了增加网络的稳定性加入网络中的,主要承担管理网络子节点的功能,确保数据能够有效地传送到集中器上。采集器主要完成表数据采集处理以及上传的工作。
现场测试结果表明,系统可以准确、及时的完成数据采集和处理,并且具有较强的抗干扰能力和广泛的适用范围,结合一些传感器,就可以在智能家居、煤矿瓦斯检测等领域运用,有很好的市场价值和应用前景。

With the development of residents infrastructure and the increasing number of water meter, electric meter, gas meter and heat meter.the industry and company urgently want to solve the problem of automatic meter reading. The existing meter reading method has many problems such as high cost, high consumption, small scale networking, and line interference, a new wireless meter reading method is proposed. A set of remote wireless meter reading system based on ZigBee technology and GPRS network is deaigned, ZigBee technology is used for local area network and GPRS technology is used for wide area network. The built system has low cost, low consumption,ad-hoc netwok ,self-adaptive and other characteristics, it as well as has strong portability and compatibility.
The whole wireless meter reading system is made up of host computer, concentrator modules, router module and data acquisition module. The data which transmits by controller can be called, processed and stored; a variety of operating instructions which can set the various operating parameters can be send to controller by host computer. The concentrator is the convergence of the entire system data, which can complete data conversion between ZigBee network and GPRS network, and transport the collected data to the host computer. In order to increase the stability of the network, the repeaters are added in the network. The function of the routers is management the network sub-node to insure the data can be efficiently transmitted to the concentrator. The mainly task of collector can be described as data acquisition, processing and upload.
The test results on the site show that the wireless meter reading system not only can accomplish data acquisition and transmission accurately and quickly but also has strong anti-interference ability and wide application scope.The wireless meter reading system which can be used in the field of smart home and gas detection of colliery with some sensors have market value and application prospect.
