煤矿供电系统越级跳闸中由于短路过流造成的越级跳闸,仅从短路保护一个方面是不能全面解决越级跳闸的,因此,提出解决越级跳闸须从技术、设备、环境、管理等多个方面采取针对性的措施具有重要意义。对全矿井供电系统实现防止越级跳闸保护, 并解决了由于短路原因引起的越级跳闸问题,实现了供电系统的正常运行。 本文结合张家峁矿井下实际情况,分析防短路引起的越级跳闸方案,本课题中井下线路主保护选择性微机限时速断过流保护,该方案在微机的环境下运行提供了保证,将计算机多机通信与逻辑识别技术结合起来,通过单片机多机通信系统实时可靠的信息传递,保证了保护动作的选择性和后备保护的实现,设计煤矿供电防越级跳闸系统,该系统主要包括越级跳闸保护系统智能装置和智能光线服务器的设计,从硬件与软件介绍其具体设计细节,最后对系统进行调试。 经过系统调试验证:系统运行稳定,实现了保护的选择性和快速性,能达到方案要求,具体可实施性,能有效地避免越级跳闸的发生。

Coal mine power supply system override trip due to short-circuit and over-current caused by leapfrog trip, only from short circuit protection one aspect is not a comprehensive solution to override trip, accordingly, it is proposed to solve the override trip shall be from multiple aspects of technology, equipment, environment and management taken according to the measures is of great significance. For mine power supply systems to achieve prevent overstep tripping protection, and solve the override trip problem caused by short circuit, realize the normal operation of the power system. According to Zhang Jia Mao mine the actual situation, analysis of tripping scheme against short circuit caused by the underground line the main protection selective microcomputer time limit quick break over-current protection, the program in the computer operating environment provides a guarantee, the multi computer communication and logic knowledge together don't pass through technology, MCU the real-time and reliable information communication system, to ensure the implementation of protection and selective backup protection, the design of coal mine power supply anti override trip system, this system mainly includes the design of protection system for smart devices and smart light server tripping, introduce the specific details of the design from the hardware and software, finally the system debugging. After system debugging and verification: system is stable in operation, to achieve the protection of the selectivity and fast. It can reach the designing requirement, the specific implementation, can effectively avoid the occurrence of leapfrog trip.
