随着计算机技术、控制技术和网络技术的蓬勃发展,嵌入式系统与网络控制系统的应用越来越广阔。当前控制系统正经历一场前所未有的变革,远程监控和智能控制成为控制系统发展的重要方向。通过嵌入式网络控制系统,用户只要在有网络接入的地方,就可以对与网络相连接的任何现场设备进行远程监测、控制,实现远程监控和智能控制。嵌入式网络控制系统不同于以往的C/S和B/S网络监控技术,它要求系统成本低、体积小巧、便于安装和易于维护。嵌入式系统可以根据应用需求进行软硬件的定制,特别适合嵌入式网络控制系统的要求。本文的主要研究内容如下: 1) 本文提出了一种基于ARM&Linux的嵌入式网络控制系统。该系统以嵌入式Boa服务器作为嵌入式网络控制系统的网络服务器。首先,对网络控制系统的控制算法、控制策略进行了学习和研究;然后对嵌入式网络控制系统的系统结构和工作原理作了详细介绍;最后对系统的实现进行了深入的探讨和研究。 2) 将嵌入式网络控制系统划分为三部分:嵌入式网络控制系统硬件设计;嵌入式网络控制系统软件平台搭建;嵌入式网络控制系统Web服务器实现及应用程序设计。系统选用主流的ARM微处理器S3C2440作为系统主控制器,并根据需要给出了具体的硬件电路设计,包括:存储器接口电路设计、网络接口电路设计、温度传感器接口电路设计、串行通信接口电路设计。 3) 鉴于嵌入式Linux对ARM技术的有力支撑,且嵌入式Linux具有内核可裁剪、低成本、代码开放、网络功能强大等特点。通过对嵌入式Linux的裁剪、配置和编译,成功地将嵌入式Linux移植到S3C2440开发板中。然后完成设备驱动开发、嵌入式控制系统Boa服务器的构建及系统应用程序的开发。 该嵌入式网络控制系统融合了控制网络与信息网络,实现了远程监控和智能控制。系统稳定性高、实时性好、性价比高,具有广阔的应用前景,适用于工业控制、智能交通、智能电网等众多控制领域。

With the development of computer technology, control technology and network technology, embedded system and network control system are used in more and more fields. Current control system is undergoing an unprecedented transformation, remote monitoring and intelligent control has become an important development direction for control system. Using embedded network control system, user can remote monitor and control the field devices which are connected into network, in any places with internet access. Embedded network control system is different from the past C/S and B/S network monitoring technology, it requires compact, low system cost, and is easy to install and maintain. Embedded system can custom hardware and software based on the application, and it is particularly suitable for embedded network control system requirements. The main research contens are as follows: 1) This paper presents an embedded network control system based on ARM&Linux, which choose the embedded Boa server as the network server for the embedded network control system. First, study the control algorithm of the network control system. Second, describe about the system structure in detail and introduction working principle of embedded network control system. Third, research on the implementation of system depthly. 2) The embedded network control system is divided into three parts: hardware design of embedded network control system; set up software platform of embedded network control system; Web server implementation and application program development of embedded network control system. System selects mainstream S3C2440 of ARM microprocessor as a system host controller and in accordance with the need to give a specific hardware circuit design, including: circuit design of flash memory interface, circuit design of the network interface, circuit design of temperature sensor interface, circuit design of serial communication interface. 3) Because embedded Linux can support the ARM technology effectively, and has the characteristic of the reducible kernel, low cost, the open resource code, the strong network function. Through reducing, configuring and compiling embedded Linux, embedded Linux successfully transplanted to S3C2440, and then complete device driver development, embedded network control system server Boa construction and application program development of system. The embedded network control system integrate the control network and the information network which realizes remote monitoring and intelligent control. The system which has high stability, better real-time, cost-effective, has broad application prospects, suitable for industrial control, smart grid, intelligent transportation, and many other control areas.
