党的二十大报告对新时代党的建设提出了新要求：“全面建设社会主义现代化国家、全面推进中华民族伟大复兴，关键在党。”党的队伍由无数个共产党员构成，党员的言行是靠自身发挥的先锋模范作用表现出来的。作为党员队伍中的特殊群体，大学生党员能否时刻保持自身的先进性，发挥其先锋模范作用将直接影响着国家和民族的未来。

本文通过文献法、问卷调查法，在对大学生党员、先锋模范作用、新时代下大学生党员先锋模范的内涵和标准等概念界定的基础上，以榜样教育理论、马克思主义经典作家以及习近平总书记关于党员先锋模范的重要论述作为理论支撑，对新时代大学生党员先锋模范作用发挥的现状展开调查。调查显示，大学生党员在发挥先锋模范作用效果上总体向好发展，表现为入党积极性高、学习态度端正、对共产主义事业有着高度的认同。但其中不乏存在部分大学生党员意识薄弱、担当意识淡化、纽带联系虚化、入党动机不纯等问题。这些问题导致大学生党员在带头、表率以及桥梁等方面发挥的先进模范作用不明显。分析其中主要原因有以下三方面：大学生思想觉悟方面：理论学习主动性不强、思想认识不深刻、历史责任感淡化；高校对学生党员的教育与管理方面：重视入党前培训教育，忽视后期对大学生党员的继续教育、未能形成学生管理的长效机制、教育形式单一，难以唤醒大学生党员的先锋模范意识；社会环境方面：市场经济利益机制和功利性原则、网络时代信息爆炸的冲击。为更好地促进大学生党员先锋模范作用的发挥，本文从大学生党员自身、高校及社会环境三个角度出发，提供行之有效的实践路径。首先，大学生党员需要不断增强党员意识、党章意识、责任意识、强化理论学习的主动性，以此来提高发挥先锋模范作用的觉悟；其次，高校党支部要加强对大学生党员入党后的继续教育、完善奖惩和监督机制、丰富教育内容，为他们搭建发挥先锋模范作用的平台；最后，高校要为大学生党员的学习与成长创造和谐的校园环境和健康的网络环境。

模范的作用是无穷的，本文围绕大学生先锋模范作用发挥的主题，对其现状与存在的问题做出系统全面的分析，有利于切实加强高校党的建设与实现第二个百年奋斗目标。

The report of the 20th Party Congress has put forward new requirements for the construction of the Party in the new era: "The key to comprehensively building a modern socialist country and comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation lies in the Party." The Party's team is composed of countless Communist Party members, and the words and deeds of Party members are expressed by the pioneering and exemplary role they play. As a special group of Party members, whether student Party members can always maintain their own advanced nature and play their pioneering role will directly affect the future of the country and the nation.

The survey shows that the vanguard and exemplary role of college student Party members is generally developing well, manifested by high enthusiasm for joining the Party, a correct learning attitude, and a high degree of identification with the cause of communism. However, there are many problems, such as weak awareness of Party members, weakened awareness of responsibility, weakened ties and connections, and impure motive for joining the Party. These problems have led to a lack of clear exemplary role for college student party members in leading, exemplary, and bridge roles.The main reasons are as follows:College students' ideological awareness: lack of initiative in theoretical learning, lack of profound ideological understanding, and a weakened sense of historical responsibility;In terms of education and management of student party members in colleges and universities, it is difficult to awaken the pioneering and exemplary consciousness of student party members by attaching importance to training and education before joining the Party, ignoring the continuing education of student party members in the later stage, failing to form a long-term mechanism for student management, and having a single educational form;Social environment: market economy benefit mechanism and utilitarian principle, the impact of information explosion in the network era.In order to better promote the vanguard and exemplary role of college student party members, this article provides effective practical paths from three perspectives: college student party members themselves, universities, and the social environment. First of all, college student party members need to constantly strengthen their awareness of party members, party constitution, responsibility, and theoretical learning initiative, in order to improve their awareness of playing a pioneering and exemplary role; Secondly, university party branches should strengthen the continuing education of college student party members after joining the Party, improve the reward and punishment and supervision mechanisms, enrich the educational content, and build a platform for them to play a pioneering and exemplary role; Finally, colleges and universities should create a harmonious campus environment and a healthy network environment for the learning and growth of college party members.

The role of the model is infinite. This article focuses on the theme of the pioneering role of university students and makes a systematic and comprehensive analysis of its current situation and existing problems, which is conducive to effectively strengthening the construction of the university party and achieving the second century goal.
