“全国知名品牌创建示范区”是一个新生事物,是国家质检总局为了落实《质量发展纲要(2011-2020年)》的一项重要战略举措,旨在提升我国各产业领域的质量管理水平和品牌建设水平,并进一步推动产业结构调整和发展方式转变,促进区域经济获得又好又快的发展。我国种茶、制茶的历史悠久,且品牌繁多,而随着工业化水平的升级,各品牌茶叶的质量和品牌价值也在不断提升,品牌示范区的创建将是茶叶产业发展的又一大机遇,对其创建过程进行研究具有重要的理论和实践意义。
本文以全国第一个茶叶类“全国知名品牌创建示范区”,即以紫阳县“全国富硒茶产业知名品牌创建示范区”为研究对象,在考察、调研并参与实践的基础上,以质量管理理论和品牌建设理论为理论指导,通过研究紫阳富硒茶的发展历史、品牌发展现状等,探索其建设国家品牌示范区的原因和意义,并运用层次分析法对紫阳富硒茶国家品牌示范区创建过程中的各项任务要素进行分析,建立层次结构模型,通过向相关专家进行问卷调查来获取相关数据,然后以问卷调查结果及分析得到的相关结论为依据,尝试找出紫阳富硒茶国家品牌示范区建设的重点工作及相应措施,并建立具体实施方案。
论文是在参与紫阳富硒茶国家品牌示范区创建实践工作的基础上,通过理论分析、实践总结而最终成文的,为国家品牌示范区的创建提出了以质量为核心来构建质量品牌系统工程和长效机制的品牌示范区创建模式。

"The national famous brand demonstration area" is a new thing. It is an important strategic initiative of AQSIQ to implement the "Quality Development Program (2011-2020)" which aims to enhance the quality of management and brand building levels of various industries, and further promote industrial restructuring and development pattern, at the same time, to promote regional economic development to get better and faster. In our country, tea has a long history and many brands, with the level of industrialization upgrades, the quality and brand value about various brands of tea are also rising. It will be another great opportunity for the development of tea industry to create the brand demonstration area. Therefore, the study of creation process on demonstration area of national famous brand has important theoretical and practical significance.
This paper takes the creation of national famous brand about Ziyang bioenrichment selenium tea as the study object which is the first national famous brand demonstration area of tea. On basis of practice about the investigation, research and participate to study the causes and significance of the creation of the national famous brand demonstration area which according to the theory of quality management and brand construction theory as the theoretical guidance and through research the history of Ziyang bioenrichment selenium tea, brand development under present situation. This paper using the " Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) " to analyze various elements of all tasks during the process of the creation national famous brand about Ziyang bioenrichment selenium tea to build a hierarchical model, through questionnaires to the relevant experts to obtain relevant data, then based on the relevant conclusions and analysis of the results of a questionnaire survey to find the priorities and corresponding measures of the creation of the national famous brand demonstration area about Ziyang bioenrichment selenium tea to establish specific embodiments.
This paper is based on the participation and practical work of the creation of the national famous brand demonstration area about Ziyang bioenrichment selenium tea, through theoretical analysis and the final written summary of the practice. It is a pattern to create a national brand for the proposed demonstration area takes the quality of the brand as the core to build quality systems engineering and brand demonstration area long-term mechanism.
