我国高度重视数字中国的建设,2023年召开的全国两会工作报告中提出,数字中国的建设是支撑中国式现代化的重要引擎,是打造国家竞争新优势的中坚力量。要加快中国特色现代化产业体系的构筑进程,加快传统产业的数字化转型,着力提升高端化、智能化、绿色化。依托于新时代宏观背景形势的要求和国家政策的支持,数字技术在各行各业的经营与管理中得到了深度应用,我国数字经济现象涌现,已经有越来越多的企业谋求数字化转型。能源企业作为经济社会发展的动力与基石,数字化、绿色化的发展已经成为全球产业竞争的战略制高点,既是绿色低碳发展的关键环节,也是推进产业数字化的重点领域。 本文首先在理论层面上分析了数字化转型影响能源企业经营绩效的作用机制,其次构建能源企业数字化转型综合评价指标体系,从内部组织绩效、行业发展绩效、外部风险绩效三个维度对数字化转型的经济效益展开研究,得到以下结论。第一,数字化转型能够提升能源企业内部组织绩效,对于规模较小、成本管控薄弱的企业,数字化转型对组织效率的提升效应更为明显。第二,数字化转型能够提高能源行业发展绩效,在规模适中、成本管控能力较强的企业中,数字化转型对盈利能力的提高效果更为突出。第三,数字化转型能够提升能源企业外部风险绩效,对于规模较大、成本管控水平较高的企业,数字化转型提高企业外部风险抵御能力的效果更强。最后基于劳动生产率、营业成本率和环境不确定性三个方面探索数字化转型过程中能够有效提高经营绩效的路径。针对以上结论,从企业发展和政府调控两个角度为推动能源企业的数字化转型提出加强内部组织管理、完善风险预警机制、培育数字化人才、建设数字经济治理体系、规范市场秩序等对策建议,以期为新时代背景下能源产业的高质量发展提供有用引导。 |

China attaches great importance to the construction of digital China. In 2023, the work report of the National Two Associations held in 2023 proposes that the construction of digital China is an important engine to support Chinese -style modernization and the backbone of building a new advantage of national competition. It is necessary to accelerate the construction process of a modern industrial system with Chinese characteristics, accelerate the digital transformation of traditional industries, and focus on improving high -end, intelligent, and green. Relying on the requirements of the macro background situation in the new era and the support of national policies, digital technology has been deeply applied in the operation and management of various industries. my country's digital economy phenomenon has emerged, and more and more enterprises have seek digital transformation. As the power and cornerstone of economic and social development, the development of digital and greening has become a strategic high point for global industrial competition. It is not only a key link for green and low -carbon development, but also a key area for the digitalization of industries. This article first analyzes the mechanism of the functional performance of digital transformation affecting the operating performance of energy companies at the theoretical level. Benefits research and get the following conclusions. First, digital transformation can improve the performance of the internal organization of the energy industry. For enterprises with small scale and weak cost control, digital transformation has a more obvious effect on the improvement of tissue efficiency. Second, digital transformation can improve the development performance of the energy industry. Among enterprises with moderate scale and strong cost control capabilities, digital transformation has a more prominent improvement in profitability. Third, digital transformation can improve external risk performance of the energy industry. For enterprises with a large scale and high cost control level, digital transformation and improvement of external risks to the enterprise are more effective. Finally, the path of exploring digital transformation based on labor productivity, operating cost rate and environmental uncertainty can effectively improve operating performance in the process of digital transformation. In response to the above conclusions, this article puts forward countermeasures for the digital transformation of energy enterprises from two perspectives: corporate development and government regulation, strengthen internal organizational management, improves risk early warning mechanisms, cultivate digital talents, build a digital economic governance system, and regulates market order. It is expected to provide useful guidance for the high -quality development of the energy industry in the background of the new era. |
