经济全球化为企业的发展创造了更多机遇，物流行业的规模随着社会经济的不断发展壮大日益膨胀，然而如何对物流企业的服务质量体系进行一个合理的评价成为了一个新的挑战。 　　　本文针对滨州市物流企业的服务质量评价问题，提出了滨州市物流企业服务质量评价指标体系构建思路与实施策略。首先，在对滨州市物流企业服务质量的现状进行调研的基础上，归纳出了若干方面的影响因素；其次，在总结前人研究成就及滨州物流实践基础上，提出并构建了滨州物流企业服务质量评价体系。进一步，以此评价体系为依据，选取滨州市AB物流公司，对其实际服务质量评价进行了实证性评价应用实践。最后，并给出了滨州市物流企业提高服务质量的对策及建议。本文的研究成果为滨州市物流企业服务质量评价指标体系的构建提供了新的思路，期待为区域经济的发展做出贡献。

The world economy globalization creates so many chances for enterprises, and the scale of the logistics industry is getting more and more big with the continuous development of social economy, but how to evaluate the service quality of logistics enterprises is a new challenge facing by the economists. 　　　According to the logistics enterprise service quality evaluation, this thesis put forward the evaluation index system and implementation strategy for service quality of Binzhou city’s logistics enterprise. First, on the basis of investigation and research of the present situation of Binzhou city’s service quality of logistics enterprise, this thesis summarized the several influential factors. Second, by summarizing the predecessors' research achievements and basing on Binzhou’s practice, this thesis put forward and builds the Binzhou logistics enterprise service quality evaluation system. Further, using this evaluation system as the basis, and choosing Binzhou city’s AB logistics companies as an example, this thesis has carried on the empirical evaluation to the actual service quality evaluation application practice. Finally, this thesis gives some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of service for the Binzhou city’s logistics enterprises. In this paper, the research results of Binzhou city logistics enterprise service quality evaluation index system construction provides a new train of thought, and we are looking forward to contribute to regional economic development.
