芦岭井田属高瓦斯、双突矿井,在两淮地区具有一定的代表性,其特殊的煤体结构导致煤层气开发难度大。研究芦岭井田煤层气直井产能的主控因素,其目的是在一定程度上探索适宜于软煤区煤层气井的生产方式和适合低渗透性松软煤层煤层气直井的开发技术,促进本区块煤层气的进一步开发。论文通过对芦岭井田煤储层特征、储层改造和排采日报等资料进行收集整理,釆用理论分析与现场生产实践相结合的方法先定性分析影响芦岭井田煤层气直井产能的因素,对煤储层特征、各井压裂和排采效果进行评价分析,同时对芦岭井田煤层气的开发提出一些针对性的建议,再定量对芦岭井田煤层气直井产能主控因素进行研究,通过统计地质参数、储层压裂改造施工参数和排采工作制度等参数,以灰色系统理论为理论基础,使用灰色关联分析中的邓氏关联度进行分析,对以上因素进行重新列表、排列、关联系数、关联度和权重的计算及对影响产能的各因素进行关联度的排序。最后确定从地质因素方面考虑,储层原始渗透率和煤层厚度是影响产能的主控因素;从储层改造工艺因素方面考虑,煤层射孔厚度、加砂量、压裂液用量、平均砂比是影响产能的主控因素;从排采工作制度的合理程度方面考虑,平均套压、实际临界解吸压力、平均动液面日下降量是影响产能的主控因素。

Luling mine field belongs to high gas and double outburst mine, it has certain representativeness in Huainan and Huaibei areas, Its special structure of coal lead to CBM development is difficult. Its purpose to research its main factors is to explore suitable method for CBM well production and development of technology to some extent in this area, It will be conducive to further development of the CBM in this block. This paper based on the collection of reservoir characteristics、reservoir reconstruction and drainage gas recovery daily data, adopt the method of theoretical analysis and production practice to qualitative analysis its main capacity factor, and then evaluate and analyze it, and put forward some specific proposals for the development of CBM in Luling mine field, and then research it quantitatively. through count geological parameters、reservoir fracturing construction parameters and drainage gas work system parameters, Based on the theory of grey system theory and using Deng's related degree of it, and then re-list, range, correlation coefficient, correlation degree and weight calculation and sequence the factors. and finally Determined from the geological factors to consider, the original reservoir permeability and the thickness of coal seam are the main influencing factors; and considering from the reservoir reconstruction, the perforation of coal seam thickness, sand adding scale, the amount of fracturing fluid, the average ratio of sand are the main influencing factors; and considering from the drainage gas work system, average casing pressure, the actual critical desorption pressure, the average daily amount of fluid level drops are the main influencing factors.
