本文针对华亭煤业集团陈家沟煤矿的现状及现有采煤方法存在的问题,对采煤方法改革的必要性进行了分析。采用理论分析、数值模拟、现场试验相结合的方法,基于6-2煤层赋存状况、煤层及其顶底板物理力学性质,对顶煤冒放性进行了全面分析,论证了倾斜特厚煤层一次采全厚综放开采技术的可行性,并对倾斜特厚煤层一次采全厚综放开采技术的回采工艺、提高回采率的措施、经济效益等进行了综合研究。
首先通过对陈家沟矿扩大提升生产能力的条件、分层开采存在的问题、一次采全厚的优点进行了分析,得出了一次采全厚综放开采的必要性;进而通过对6-2煤层顶煤冒放性的评价和综放开采数值模拟分析,论证了一次采全厚综放开采的可行性,提出了顶煤弱化处理问题。在3101工作面工业性试验过程中,对巷道布置、设备配套、工作面支护、顶板管理、放煤工艺、回采工艺等进行了全面分析,提出了提高回采率的途径;最后通过工作面矿压观测,揭示了矿压显现规律,得出了矿压控制措施。
通过研究,彻底解决了陈家沟煤矿22m倾斜特厚煤层的采煤方法和以前采掘接续紧张、巷道压力大、煤炭回收率低、工效低、效益差等制约矿井发展的突出问题。论文研究采煤方法的实施使工作面单产达到150万t/a,回采率达85%,直接工效40t/工,实现了高产高效,可大幅度提高矿井工作面乃至全矿井的生产能力,对推动区域经济发展有积极的作用;如能提高采煤机割煤高度、符合采放比的新规定、工作面不再打眼爆破松动顶煤、回采率符合设计要求,将为华亭煤业集团通过采煤方法技术改造,大幅度提高矿井生产能力,建设高产高效现代化矿井闯出了一条新路,对华亭矿区的华亭煤矿、砚北煤矿等煤矿改革采煤方法、提高矿井生产能力都具有广泛的借鉴和指导作用。

According to the existed problems of mining method in Chenjiagou Coal Mine of Huating Coal Group Limited Liability Company, it is necessary to reform current mining method. Based on theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field experimentation, and the physical and mechanical feature of 6-2 coalseam roof strata,the caving feature of roof coal was well analysized and the possibility of full seam mining in thick coal seam was studied. Also, the mining technics, recovery and economy benefit of inclined seam with full seam extraction mining were studied and analyzed at all.
Firstly, according to the anaysis of the condition of enlarging hoisting ability and coal production, the problems existed in slicing mining, the adventage of full seam mining in Chenjiagou Coal Mine, it was nessary to use full seam mining method. Through the evaluateon of caving condition of 6-2 coalseam and numerical calculateion, the feasibility of full seam caving mining was demonstrated, and the method of roof coal weaken was put forward. By filed test in 3101 face, the entry system, equipments, face supporting, caving technics, excavation and technics were systematacially improved, and the way to improve coal recovery was put forward. Finally, by field observation, the ground pressure of mining face was discovered, and the ground control way was educed.
According to research, the extrude problem of especially thick coal seam mining method in 22m thick inclined seam in Chenjiagou Coal Mine were well solved. Furthermore, the other problems that condition coal mine development were also solved, such as the strained condition of driving and mining, the over large ground pressure of entries, low recovery, low work efficiency and benefit. According to the application of this research, the single face output was rised to 1.5Mt/a,coal recovery got 85%, work efficiency was 40t/w, and high production and high efficiency face was achieved. This research can improve whole mine production and will have good impact on local economy improvement. This research work will show a new way to construct high-production and high-efficiency coal mine, and will use for good reference to Yaojie and Jinyuan coal mining field.
