传统的抗震加固都是从抗震的角度来进行考虑,采用的是“硬碰硬”的加固方法,其实质是将其自身作为耗能构件,在地震作用下,抗震加固结构仍会发生严重破坏,且抗震加固费用又相对较大。随着科学技术的迅速发展,建筑隔震体系比抗震体系有更好的安全性和经济性。因此,本文将隔震技术用于既有建筑,研究既有框架剪力墙结构的隔震处理方法及结构的隔震性能。
本文查阅了已有隔震理论和工程实践文献,研究分析了框架剪力墙结构基础隔震处理方法的隔震原理、隔震装置,提出了既有框架剪力墙结构基础隔震处理方法及设计要点和施工工艺,并采用SAP2000计算软件对既有框架剪力墙隔震处理结构和既有框架剪力墙抗震加固结构进行数值模拟,得出了四点研究结论:①既有框架剪力墙结构基础隔震可大幅度提高结构自振周期,起到良好的隔震作用。基础隔震层将上部结构和下部基础完全隔开,使结构自振周期远离场地特征周期,避开地震主要携能频带,减小地震能量的传递;②既有框架剪力墙结构基础隔震具有良好的减震作用。由于隔震支座的阻尼特性,可耗散部分地震能量,进一步减少地震能量的向上传递,起到减震作用;③隔震处理较传统抗震加固具有良好的抵御地震效果。与抗震加固结构相比,隔震处理可使结构的自振周期延长2倍,层间剪力降低6倍,层间位移降低3倍,层间绝对加速度降低6倍,说明隔震处理结构比抗震加固结构具有更强的抵抗地震作用的能力;④叠层橡胶隔震支座的水平刚度是隔震设计的重要参数。隔震支座的水平刚度较小,在地震作用下,隔震处理的既有框架剪力墙结构位移主要发生在隔震层处,为满足规范对隔震支座最大水平位移的要求,设计时需要对隔震支座刚度合理选取。
上述研究结果可为进一步研究既有框架剪力墙结构的隔震处理方法及隔震性能提供参考,并可为既有框架剪力墙结构的隔震处理工程设计与施工提供参考。

Traditional seismic reinforcement are from the seismic point of view to consider, adopt a "tough" strengthening methods. Research and practice show that the seismic reinforcement structure is the essence of its own member as energy, under the earthquake, seismic reinforcement structure still occur serious damage and seismic strengthening cost and relatively large. With the rapid development of science and technology, building isolation system has better security and economy than the seismic system. Therefore, this article isolation technology for existing buildings, seismic isolation performance isolation processing method and structure of Existing frame shear wall structure.
Based on the previous isolation theory and engineering practice, aiming at strengthening the existing frame shear wall structure to be made of existing frame shear wall structure with base isolation treatment methods; analysis of the existing frame shear wall structure basis isolated principle isolation processing method, seismic isolation device, design features and construction technology; use of existing analysis software SAP2000 frame shear wall structure and process isolation seismic retrofit existing frame shear wall structure is simulated to give a three conclusions: ① existing frame shear wall structure with base isolation approach is an effective treatment method. Existing frame shear wall structure with base isolation processing method based on top of the structure by installing isolation bearings, the upper structure and the lower structure is completely isolated from the vibration period to extend the structure, away from the site characterization cycle, avoiding major earthquake can bring band, reduced seismic energy transmitted to the interior of the building, to achieve the purpose of isolation, addition, seismic energy propagation inside the building from the bottom up process, since the self-damping isolators, dissipate part of the energy transmitted to the upper portion less energy structure, to achieve the purpose of shock absorption; ② processing method is better than isolation seismic reinforcement methods. The comparison of the numerical results of both frame shear wall structure and seismic isolation process of reinforcing structure shows that natural cycle extended 2-fold, 6-fold reduced interlaminar shear, interlayer displacement reduced by 3 times, reducing the interlayer absolute acceleration 6 times, indicating that isolation processing structure has a stronger ability to resist earthquakes than seismic reinforcement structure; ③ horizontal stiffness is an important parameter of laminated rubber bearings. Because the level of isolation bearing stiffness is small, under the earthquake, both frame shear wall structure displacement occurs mainly in the isolation process of the isolation layer, to meet the specification of the maximum horizontal displacement of isolation bearing requirements, design requires isolation bearing stiffness reasonable selection.
These results can provide a reference for further research on treatment and isolation isolation performance of existing frame shear wall structure, and provide reference for the design and construction process isolation existing frame shear wall structure.
