当前的中国，整个社会目前正处于巨大的转型过程之中，纵观近一个世纪以来的历史，可以看出当前我国的社会形态正由农业社会向工业化社会迈进，经济体制也由建国初期的计划经济向市场经济转变。在全球化趋势的进一步发展，科学技术的迅猛发展的背景之下，民办高校的思想政治教育也必然会发生一系列的变化。面对我国社会转型时期的新特点，作为我国高等教育的主体之一的民办高校，也必须做到与时俱进，如何有效的提高创新能力，准确的把握时代发展的脉搏，使思想政治教育真正能成在国内民办高等院校中体现出他们的价值和积极意义，为中国青年一代的发展和实现中国梦提供保证。 本文以人的自由与全面发展理论、普遍联系规律和行为科学理论为具体依据,运用文献分析法、图文分析法以及问卷调查法等方法和对处于转型期的国内民办高等院校思想政治教育工作中创新问题进行综合分析研究。从目前国内民办高等院校思想政治教育工作的状况，通过调查问卷及访谈等方式取得第一手资料，经过统计分析得出结论，以实例来说明高校思想政治教育存在的主要问题并分析了主要原因，最后，从五个不同方面对于转型期民办高校思想政治教育创新的提出具体对策和建议。 笔者认为，就目前现状来看，国内民办高等院校的思想政治教育工作仍存在一些亟待解决的问题，必须从相关的工作体制、机制创新，强化思想政治教育工作的基础，把握好中国梦这一历史契机，不断加强学生的宗旨理想教育，合理整合教学队伍，做到几方合力，来促进高校思想政治教育工作的创新、突破和发展。

Face the new characteristics of China's social transformation period, as one of the main body of higher education in our country private colleges, must also be advancing with The Times, how to effectively improve the innovation ability, accurately grasp the pulse of The Times development, and make the ideological and political education can really into of non-governmental institutions of higher learning in the country reflects their value and positive significance of for the development of China's young generation and realize China's dream to provide guarantee. Based on people's freedom and comprehensive development theory, widespread contact patterns and behavior science theory as the basis, using literature analysis, the graphic analysis and questionnaire investigation method,the article has been done with the domestic private higher institutions in transition problems of innovation in ideological and political education work for comprehensive analysis of research. From the current domestic private colleges and universities ideological and political education work, through questionnaire and interview methods such as obtain first-hand information, through statistical analysis, concluded that with examples to illustrate the main problems of ideological and political education and analyses the main reasons, and finally, for transition from five different aspects of private universities ideological and political education innovation put forward concrete countermeasures and Suggestions. At present,the situation of the author thinks that,the domestic private colleges and universities ideological and political education work there are still some problems to be solved, must work from the related system and mechanism innovation, and strengthen the basis of ideological and political education work, grasp the historical opportunity, the Chinese dream continuously strengthen students ideal education, the aim of reasonable integration of teaching team, do a few party together, to promote the innovation of the ideological and political education work, the breakthrough and development.
